Food never came and restaurant wouldn’t answer phone never ordering here again

I went to another pizza hut delivery last week... it was fresh, steaming hot, the smell of pizza hit me as soon as i walked in, the cheese and toppings went to the edges of the crust and i got offered dips. Went to this place because they didn't have 'pan' in my first choice resturant so opted to go here instead... it was cold and lifeless, untidy in the back, ingredients and dough stale, most of it was burnt with the toppings and cheese halfway down the pizza, the guy needs to learn how to cut pizza properly, and when someone's just forked out for a pizza, give them a free dip instead of rushing the card machine out and looking like an embarrassing tight wad acting like it will come out of your wages, needless to say I won't be back =]

I used to visit this place in 2014 when I was studying , and then in 2024 I visited it back with my family, they have still very delicious pizza 🍕

Not specific to this venue, but where I ordered from, deep pan no longer available. Alternative was greasy, soggy and tasteless. Yuk!

Got my order wrong went back to get garlic bread only gave me 1 when it was supossed to be 2. Also can hear them in the back bring racist don't go here unless you want idiotic stoners making your food!

It said it would take between 30-45 minutes. It took over one hour and fifteen minutes. Also a downside that you cant see Where the driver is. The interval for delivery is too big

Spot on for time and the dude in the store was a friendly polite boss! He would also get five stars and a fist bump! Almost offered him a slice of pizza. Lots of love, jay and silent bob.

Ordered 4 pizzas that never arrived and didn't receive any refund. Terrible customer service.

Never even came and when I called nobody answered

Our food was incredibly late and when I spoke to the man on the phone he kept saying different times it would arrive also when it did finally arrive my dip was not included and the pizza was absolutely freezing cold not good service what so ever the only good thing what came out of this order is my bottle of Pepsi was cold

TERRIBLE Took almost 2 hours for the food to be delivered. It was barely warm when it arrived, garlic bread was completely burnt, pizza’s were garbage. Just dreadful customer service and food

Ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and it still hasn't arrived. Not impressed. I can't actually comment on how the pizza is, as we haven't had it yet.

Ordered a large half and half pizza and a cookie dough dessert. Driver turned up with a medium Hawaiian pizza which was cold and no dessert. Rang them and they said they can't resend the order as they had no drivers available and they couldn't give a refund themselves but to contact customer services which no doubt will take forever to resolve. Use Papa John's or Dominoes instead, this branch is a joke.

I ordered 2 large pizzas are they taste disgusting. We tried one portion from each pizza and put the rest in the bin. A waste of money and food. Never ordering from pizza hut again.

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time&money to order from the place. Twice had probldms with them. First time order never arrived and they said driver had a problem with the bike so could not carry on with the delivery. To get my money back i had to wait over a month. Today order came late and pizza was out the package. Driver just laughed when asked what i am supposed to do with a pizza that was all over his bag then chucked back in. Clearly could not eat it. God knows how long will have to wait this time for a refund

Went there first time in England good pizza we couldn’t use our bank of Scotland 5 pound note tho good pizza tho cheers

Very bitter experience twice so far. Both the times, the delivery didn't happen. Placed order for £80 worth items at 2 pm. ET for delivery is 2.40pm. Once the order was out for delivery, tracking wasn't available. waited till 3.10pm While enquired Pizza Hut, they mentioned that since the delivery person wasn't available, they arranged it through Deliveroo, and that they can't track the driver. It was absolutely absurd to hear that after waiting for 1 hour since ordering. We had a party and 8 kids were waiting in hunger. Our party did not end very well as kids were all crying desperately. If there's no delivery person, they shouldn't have take up the order, or called us and explained the situation.

WHY HAS TRACKING BEEN TURNED OFF ON LAST TWO ORDERS, AND HAD TO MICROWAVE FOOD SO HOT. DISGRACEFUL FOR SOMETHING SO CHEAP TO MAKE. PS. An hour later when coming from 3 miles away, no tracking, had to MICROWAVE again. Never again!!!!!

This Pizza Hut is the greatest establishment for Italian cuisine on the entire planet. Never have I ever been in receipt of such incredible customer service, kindness and patience when making my Wednesday night orders. The pizzas are always top notch, the staff are so friendly, and the delivery is faster than the speed of light. I will never venture away from the Hut again after my incredible experiences with this establishment. Big thank you especially to the warm and inviting voice on the other end of the phone. I LOVE THIS PIZZA HUT.

I was calling to ask the price of a pizza so i could buy one for tonight and im only 13. I dont know why but the guy over the phone said he had my ip address and where i live. I dont know why he said that please do something im scared.

Hey so this pizza hut my little brother called earlier to ask about prices ect and the man on the other side of the phone was threatening that he has our address and our IP and threatened to hit him and drag my parents down the stairs. Delivery issue, put collection instead of delivery, explained we couldn't pick up this order, staff where so helpful and fantastic, sent it out for delivery. 5 star service provided, amazing customer service 😁, Charlotte and John.

Very Nice service. There is no cashier. You Have to order by Pizza Hut App and just collect! Very fast!

Nowere near as nice as dominos, the thin base is still quite thick and the garlic dip is teeny!!

Order not delivered, I provided 2 mobile numbers and apparently the driver couldn't reach me. I can say he doesn't even tried to delivered. I called the hut that prepared it and he said my order was gone, I asked if I could collect it myself and he said it was gone, it was 35minutes after I ordered. They gave me a number that is not accepting calls, they didn't send me a refund. I called I asked if I could order again they said it was closed, weird because apparently I could do it online. Horrible customer service, I used to like Pizza Hut and I ordered many times but after this I will think twice. Very Poor Service.

I dont really review places but this food was outstanding really hot and tasty . Delivered in a reasonable time and the drive completely respectable social Distancing.

Thank you to all the staff at the London road liverpool branch, especially Charlotte who took our order and was really helpful and polite even with all this isolation going on. The food was amazing and delivery was really quick too. No fuss just the way it should be

Man who answered phone was great amazing customer service

Manager barred me for asking why a pizza took 20 mins to cook after he assured me it was 2 mins away from being ready. He's since told pizza hut I was in that week abusing staff (there's no evidence of this whatsoever). My advice is don't complain about your experience to the manager, or you'll end up barred and accused of things you didn't do. Horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs.

Ok... after a disastrous deliveroo foul up... I recorded directly from them. Based on their suggestion, I ordered online for a delivery time of 7pm At 5pm the delivery driver arrived but i couldn't take the pizza, i asked if it would be delivered at the time i specified. Fine, at 7 it arrived, pizza was just reheated from the earlier order, which I'll be honest i was expecting... but part of the order was missing. For a reheated pizza, it was ok. I really do like pizza hut but I think this is the last time ordering for delivery.

Ordered from them today and my phone wasnt working so I missed the delivery driver Paul- however he was nice enough to drive all the way back and deliver my food super quickly, fantastic service and really nice of him!

its been over 1 hour since i placed the order... tried calling the shop over and over ...no one answers!!! dont waste your time or money!!

First pizza came cold due to traffic, spoke to manager/owner, without no hesitation he sent out a new pizza which was hot and also added on free ice cream as a way of apologising for the wait.. many thanks for your great customer service.

Fast delivery... I enjoyed the pizza with the chicken and chips that came with it..

Good take-away pizzas. The place does not have tables to eat in, but offers a very competitive prices and sound offers to bring pizzas at home. However, there is not enough staff and normally it takes you a little to get served. By the way, it is not problem of the personnel, but of the company. Few days a week you can order a special dough which i recommend a lot and it is worth the extra pound that you pay for. 15 minutes walking from Lime street, there is no easy parking available.

Fast service and good quality pizza. Sitting in has a lot to be desired. Tired looking facilities. Lots of steel. Lack of character. No toilet. Pizza hut need to try harder in this area to compete.

Pizza was great, especially the £5 deal. Staff seemed a bit clueless and ignored me for about 10 minutes before realising I wanted to make an order.

Small inside, has space to eat-in if you want. Staff was very friendly, prices a bit high compared to similar places nearby though.

Not a long wait. There with my kids and got the pizza in 7 minutes. So nice and warm kids loved the first small one and had to order another.

I ordered a pizza which I thought was beef sizzler but was delivered wrong one. Called up Andrew told me I'd made the mistake however sent me the one I wanted free of charge. Good customer service I have ordered from them many times before so loyalty to customers was there thank you Andrew 👍

I would give this 0 stars if possible. I received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me he could not find my address, I asked if he had used the postcode to which he said yes, but my apartment building has it's own postcode. 15 minutes after this, he finally arrived with cold, soggy pizzas that we had to reheat in the oven. We asked for a discount on the phone and while we eventually paid £12 instead of £16.88, the phone service was so poor and the man in the store kept insisting that the pizza would be fine (it really wasn't), that we wish we had just cancelled the order and cooked instead. After all that hassle, and being stood in the cold for 15 minutes outside my building, the pizzas tasted bland and we only ended up eating one of them before deciding it wasn't even worth it. Bland, cold, soggy food, poor delivery, and rude customer service. We won't bother ordering from here again.

The worst pizza delivery EVER. 6 times I've ordered. 3 times I didn't even get my delivery and the other 3 took minimum 2hours. Avoid this place at all costs. Get dominoes ( better quality and great delivery time, with live update on order) or pappa johns. If my other half didn't like pizza hut the most I would never order from them.

Manager seriously needs retraining in customer service we tried to order a half / half and when he was asked to read back the order as he got it wrong twice while we were ordering he was so rude and obnoxious won't be using them ever again

Took an hour to deliver an when it came it was cold, phoned up to complain an was told the driver had a lot of deliveries and theyd send us a new delivery, when i told them i wanted my money back they said theyd send it out within 10mins (being round the corner) still waited 40 mins! Phoned again to be told my order was being prepared??? I told them i wanted my money back an was told it was a miscommunication???? Pure joke of a place!!!

Always nice pizzas, always quick delivery and piping hot when they come, delivery man is also friendly. Once had a problem and they replaced my pizza and had a new one sent up. However papa johns down the road are terrible, they put phone down on you and customer service is shocking. Defo choose Pizza Hut over them

They pick up the phone then asked me if they can put me on hold.... 10 minutes later the line went dead and 3.5 miles is too far away for them to deliver...

The pizza has not arrived yet. I ordered 2 hours ago. They indeed stole my money. Never order from there please, I tried to call them so many times as well but noone was picking up the phone. This behaviour can only be justified in an apocalypse situation or a war when nothing is working properly.

OK food delivery took over 40 mins but pizza was hot and quite tasty but it does not justify a wait of that length of time for an OK pizza
