Caffe Ritazza in Liverpool

Lots of time to kill before catching our flight for a week's holiday in Salou ,my twin brother Stephen and I decided to drop into Caffe Ritazza and what a nice start to our holiday. A big outlet, neat and tidy, lots of seating, glass counters showcase the goodies on offer and staff here are superb . We got a coffee each, served steaming hot, we chilled out and looked forward to our upcoming holiday. Coffee served in here was spot on ,tasty and consistent till the last sup ,really enjoyed our visit here before we moved on. Easy to locate departure side,John Lennon Airport.

Starting an eight days holiday in Fuengirola in the Costa Del Sol my twin brother Stephen and I had time to kill before our flight so we dropped into this airport Ritazza outlet ,been here before and always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. It's a big outlet ,a cool looking serving bar ,modern decor and furnishings and lots of seating options ,in a nice cafe bar to chill out in . We ordered a flat white coffee each ,service was quick and coffee served steaming hot ,we chilled out and looked forward to our holiday in the sun. Coffee served in here was good ,consistent from the first sip till the last sup ,it was just what we needed to kick start our day. We moved on after our coffee's to catch our flight and as on all previous visits to here we had a great time,it's well worth checking out if you're in Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

Tried to buy a too good to go magic bag, paid for it, only to be told, when I tried to collect it, by the rather hopeless server that she had no idea what I was talking about! No way of contacting managers as they don't work weekends. Very unhelpful, she just went on about how long her shift had been - I was working nearby and had only seen maybe half a dozen customers in 7 hours! To add insult to injury while she was telling me that she didn't know anything about the deal or the app, it was advertised on the promotions screen right behind her! Best avoided

On a recent visit to this cafe I asked for a coffee for myself and a cup of hot water for my wife as that's what she drinks. The friendly staff member said it wasn't allowed it due to H&S as I might burn myself with it. I did mention i could do that with the coffee but she said it was policy. :-D She often gets just a cup of hot water in cafes and its never been a problem until we visited Liverpool. Anyway I had my coffee and she went without :-) Crazy rules.

Typical airport bar or restaurant ,modern ,nice decor and furnishings and lots of seating options . We ordered a coffee each ,coffee was served steaming hot ,we chilled out and looked forward to our holiday while sipping our coffee's . Coffee served here was really good ,you can tell it's good from the first sip ,very consistent but then again it should be good as it's not cheap in here but then again is any pub,bar or restaurant cheap in any airport nowadays . We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and as on previous visits we had a great time. Well worth checking out if you're in the airport.

Catching a flight to Krakow for a five night break to celebrate my sister in law's 60th birthday I dropped by Caffe Ritazza . It's a nice looking airport restaurant ,nice decor and furnishings ,lots of seating options ,staff here were nice ,I ordered a coca cola ,served freezing cold ,I chilled out and looked forward to my trip abroad . Cola was really tasty but as with all airport bars and restaurants it's expensive ,I can't understand why it's always so expensive in airports ,makes no sense to me but you're a captive audience ,visit here was ok ,it's worth checking out if you're in the airport.

1 bottle of alcohol-free Heineken (0.33) + 1 pint San Miguel £10.20. Never again. Plenty of staff, but neither friendly nor competent.
