The best restaurants serving Default food in Harrow Weald Harrow London

We live nearby and pop in occasionally for cream tea on special occasions. It's always been somewhere between good and great for food and service. But this last trip was a bit like visiting Fawlty Towers. We wandered around trying to find someone, anyone, that might work there. Eventually someone gestured in the vague direction of a cold room with stark, uncovered wooden tables. Eventually, about 15 minutes after we sat down, someone offered us both a menu. About 15 minutes later we asked for water... this request was satisfied eventually. So about 30 minutes in and we had water. We tried to order but at that point we realised that we had different menus. So these menus were whisked away and we had only our water to entertain us... I'll stop there but it wasn't great. Borderline awful. It's gone from delicious treats and great service in a beautiful tea room to water in a cupboard. Good luck.

I just came for the crumbles eggs, toast and avocado , very tasty , the service fast and I see into the bar social distance so I felt confortable.

We chose The Case is Altered for a festive lunch for Harrow Striders Nordic walking groups. The staff made our booking for 19 people very easy and the choices on the festive menu suited all our members as well as allergies being catered for. Renata and Toni were very friendly and looked after our group very well. We were allocated a corner area of the pub so we felt very comfortable and we’re able to chat and move between tables easily. The starters were really tasty and the mains very generous with nice desserts- wish I’d chosen the bread and butter pudding! I highly recommend The Case is Altered for a group dinner and hope the car park issues with Harrow Council can be sorted soon so we can go back.

This place is usually awesome but this time it was thoroughly disappointing. The food was really bland and dull

Last time we went here the steak was not very good Because the restaurant is convenient to both of us we thought we would give another chance.My friend had a rump steak which he said was lovely, I had the ribs they were amazing , tender and tasty, the barbeque sauce they were cooked in was excellent. We were served by NICO who was so efficient, he made our night. Thanks NICO for good service and your chat was made our night. Also I HOPE THEY REORDER DRY MARTINI.

It was amazing!! The food was extremely fast and the place was clean

Really great service. The food was amazing ecspecially the grilled chicken burger CJ was the best waiter and was really patient :) with us.

My teen got vomiting and diarrhea after eating here, also myself and my son haven't eaten here in years as we always got upset stomachs after eating here so it clearly hasn't changed.
