KFC Harrow Weald - High Road in Harrow

Attended this KFC and was very disappointed because they made us wait 20 minutes for food that was cooked already, I’ve never had an issue with the drive through but this time I went in and was more than upset. Also only the male toilets were open Please fix this issue

After waiting in the drive through queue, ordered and paid, then told it was going to be a 20 minute wait. No thanks!! Dreadful customer service.

The quality of food keeps dropping every time we visit

This is halal food - so the animals aren't killed humanely - avoid like the plague.

Chicken was so old and chewy I couldn't even finish it. Terrible quality.

Went yesterday, as I was passing through, ordered a bucket for 1and 4 spice tub, was charged £20, didn’t query it.. firstly they didn’t have drinks? Wtf then when I received food, she said it’s all there (normally I check, but didn’t) the food was awful missed half my order as well as being over charged, place didn’t look clean, Food was cold, chicken tasted of salt, had one bite and had to throw away..if your driving threw Harrow Weald, keep driving DO NOT STOP at this KFC… JUST AWFUL

2nd time the toilet is out of order, but uber eats allowed to use , but not for customer who actually paying... told by staff no water in the toilet

Appeared very short staffed. Very long wait for drive through orders. One person taking order, payment and serving at the window. Saw many cars drive off without ordering.

Friendly staff. Tasty food. Quick service.

Used drive thu, staff seemed clueless, I had to ask for my dip (when asked,no choice given but thrown in the bag).which was advertised as 4 piece boneless chicken with a dip.Ordered 2 mini fillets as well, I got home to realise one was missing and the one ate had lettuce which had gone bad.. Wasted £15.47, no receipt was given. Totally rubbish

The lady at the till was very rude to me and tried to stick me with a wrong order and did not even apologize.

They hire foreign staff probably for cheap labour but they can barely follow English… I’m not judging then or anything but come on manager, get some decent staff on board

Instead of 6 wings they gave me 3. Seems like these Indians can't live up to their stereotype of counting cause 3 wings were missing. Warm drinks, no fizz. Horrendous. Don't visit this place. Plus it's expensive

It's all well and good responding with words to the effect of "We're sorry, hope we do better next time!" But having taken the time to look through recent reviews, you don't seem to be taking any feedback seriously - as many of the issues I've raised, have been raised consistently over the past 12 months! Had to clean the table myself before sitting down with the chemical spray that had been left above the bin..... think you lot may need to review your COSH guidelines. Uber & Just Eat drivers walking in and out a fire exit and leaving it open when it's bitterly cold. 2 cold chicken burgers along with undercooked chips & overcooked to the point of tasting burnt Kansas BBQ bites. Offering table service but "doesn't do" table service. Which is all well and good until there's a load of noise in the place & you're hard of hearing, so can't hear the people behind the counter calling your number.... Then, when asking how I can be presented with cold food when eating in the restaurant it's been cooked in, being told "it's not my problem". Vile attitude & service, vile food & vile place. It's almost impossible to find a decent KFC these days!

We had a delivery it was horrible! It’s.Just like eating a bucket of salt fried in rancid oil SO SO SALTY, unbelievably Salty food lukewarm and chips all cold Don’t eat here A BAD EXPERIENCE.never again

No customer service, dirty tables

AVOID: Ordered on App & collected via drivethrough. Had to wait 15 mins for order, got home and lots of missing items, food was all cold and rice box portions were very poor. Tried to call branch several times, rings once and than cuts off! This KFC is awful, often have missing items, won't order from here again. Have submitted complaint and waiting for response. Very poorly managed .

My Pepsi was warmer than my burger, we had 4 meals and they were all served cold, we waited nearly 15 minutes for the meals just for them to be served cold.

We ordered food to eat in and took our seat, but it took a long time for our order to be ready. We were even asked to pick up our food ourselves, despite the restaurant being very quiet. The atmosphere created by the staff was not welcoming at all.

I didn’t get child order right try to call to To let them know exactly what I want, but no chance the call doesn’t go through. So disappointed that would be the first time this child Would eat KFC. Harrow Weald KFC never again

Drive through experience really bad, sat waiting for nearly 10 minutes to place the order, then after they said to wait a moment took a while longer, disorganised and rushed, food was cold and burger had hardly any mayo and was tasteless, they really need to work on food quality control here or they'll simply lose customers!!

Worst place to order food...I payd for extra chicken wings,and when I rich home and open was missing exacly that,I was try to call on this number what they have on google and its not work..shit place and its not first time...if I was able to put 0 start was put already

went for a drive thru. Asked for Zinger burger. They didn't have any. Then asked for spicy chicken wings and he said 10mins. Paid and told me to park my car a bit forward and will bring the food. 5 people went after me and got their food. So went back and asked where my food coz I waited 15mins. Turned out he forgot about my food and had to wait an extra 10mins for my food. So 25mins wait for 10 wings. Not fast food service.

The chicken was still raw and female cashier staff returned my money incorrectly, the money i received was less when i asked her nicely she said she had told me she didn't have that coin in fact she didn't say that when she returned my money. The staff is very good at lying. It's not about the amount but be honest with the customer please

Used drive through service. Roof top rain water drops perfectly where you need to collect order and pay. Please fix it. Food was prepared better than other KFC outlets.

Ordered a 6pc Wicked Variety Bucket yesterday and picked up at their Drive Thru. Got home and was missing 4 wings from the order. Wasn't impressed.

Absolutely horrible. I’m so upset that this branch is the only halal kfc near me otherwise I would go anywhere else. Every single time I have ordered it has been wrong. Every single time. When shrinkflation at this particular franchise owned restaurant takes it to another level you wonder if you really get value for money anymore. A burger where 25% of the box is visible is a wonder. The breast piece chicken is 50% the size before lockdown amd prices near double. Glad I've cut down KFC by 80%

I wish i could give this kfc franchise a -1 because we just moved to harrow weald and ordered many times from here always thinking that this time they might pack good quality food. Most of the times the chicken is so overcooked and dry. We have received incomplete order multiple times that we got embarrassed complaining on UBER. And the worst thing they never pick up their phone or they just keep it shut. We started ordering from rayners lane because wait is better than a bad or missing food. Worst worst worst

Too much extremist with horrible clothes and long birds also too much noisy talking very loud.They made the atmosphere very unpleasant, uncomfortable and horrible. Customer service was worse . The lady does not have any clue in respect of manner and attitude. Never ever back there. KFC will be loose there. No control on ASBO. Antisocial behaviour by a group of youngester makes the place terrible. Ugly long beards, long dresses, loud voices.

Dire service in the drive through. This has happened before but gave benefit of doubt. However, 3 x now same delays, being ignored, waiting 10 mins still without food!! This last time the woman on duty was clearly frustrated and quite exasperated by having to do so many tasks- presumably due to short stafd. There's a saying that goes " stick a broom ......... and I will also sweep the floor" . Get some more staff - if you can't fet stand you are not incenticising them enough ans KFC make enough profits to do well by their staff. Another customer lost!

I've given a 1 even that's not deserved the place is filthy the toilets are disgusting and I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it was just cause your busy!! I bought my daughter food yesterday evening and has been confirmed today she has food poisoning!!!! Been to the Dr's she has bee. Sick all night!!! Gets a bit busy with delivery drivers, but the place is clean and service swift

It's fast food,so you can imagine what you get in the box is nothing like what you get in your bag (meaning the burgers ) but the chicken is still mouth watering good.

Today I went to KFC in Harrow weld and I ordered on the screen where you order by myself he took my money but the order was not sent to the operator I called the manager I explained the situation the manager above within 48 hours to have my money back it wasn't just me the only person was several people who had the same problem Only the manager doesn't want her to put up a poster like you can't pay by yourself you have to show up at the counter to be able to order it's a manager who has no experience as a manager.

I am sorry for the 1 star. You deserve NONE. Even animals would refuse this “chicken” You are a shame to the brand.

Great place which serves around 30-40 seated clients, does deliveries, and has a drive through. The menu is quite varied, they have a kids menu, and a vegan menu, too. Waiting times are usually in the 3-5 minutes range. They have some six parking spaces outside, and restrooms are available on-site, too. Food tastes great, you can tell that it is a franchise but they are very good at what they do. They also like to keep the place very clean, as well.

As always the best when it comes to fried chicken pieces and spicy wings.. the gravy is awesome, you can have that with chips/chicken pieces, wings,... Burger... It goes great with everything. I specially love it with the chips.

Hi ,we love kfc . We go this store as it’s Halal and drive through . However unfortunately 8 out of 10 time missing items. Today no exception again they manage to miss fruit shoot on kids meal. It’s really annoying. I don’t know what to say . I will probably will there again but it’s not fare you are taking money from customers and not giving what we paid for. It’s not acceptable specially when 8out of 10 times

Take away - 2 pieces of original recipe - one of the worst taste I ever had. The chicken was not crispy - the piece they gave me was like old chicken - the smell of oil - it was horrible. Never to this branch again !!! Kenton is the best so far I had within this limit

The box was £23.99 and the chicken was burnt and cold. All the chicken was cold and the chips were old and dry. I ordered gravy and they said they put it in two times but there wasn’t any gravy in the bag. Third time the food quality is like this. Last time I’m ordering here.

Probably the worst KFC in London. Don't bother with the drive through as this moves extremely slow. You cant even park because if you try to leave you pretty much have to join the drive through queue just to leave! Ordered a family bucket and everything was shoved in together - there was no way of checking what you got, and as a result I had things missing. Chicken was 'OK' but chips were cold, old and stale.

They never give you complete order. They never pack your food nicely. This is supposed to be 2 kids meals and this is how they've packed it!!! And then when you try to call their phone line is not working 😠
