In August 2022 I wrote a favourable review about this venue and have visited several times since. Regrettably, I can no longer recommend this venue since the overall standard of the food has, in our opinion, not only deteriorated but has increased in cost disproportionately. The cost for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc was £11.10, the Prawns in the Prawn Cocktail did their best to hide under the excess of lettuce and the King Prawns starter were over cooked. Not wishing to chance any desserts we ordered Coffees and these were left unattended at a service point and arrived cold. To top it all the air conditioning created a very cold atmosphere. Will not be visiting again I am afraid and neither will we be recommending the venue.

Food great but SO COLD!!! Looking around and everyone sat with coats on. Disappointing as when out the very least to be comfortable is the basics and to be warm. Need a hot bath now.

Visited yesterday very disappointed. I ordered the Christmas dinner which arrived not very hot apart from the "roast potatoes" which had obviously been deep fried. The waitress was good and helpful. At the end of the meal I visited the toilet which was stinking with the bin overflowing I did tell a waitress who thanked me for letting her know. I know it was busy when we arrived at 2pm but by this time the restaurant was nearly empty, they clearly don't check the toilets regularly. Won't be eating there again

How long should it take to be asked for your order after being seated? 25 minutes is seriously pushing it. How many drinks out of 4 should be delivered simultaneously? Well it was 3 and we had to ask twice over 20 minutes for the outstanding item to arrive. Our waitress literally slung our salad course on to the table. Guess what, one was missing again and we had to chase for it to arrive 10 minutes later. When the main course of assorted steaks turned up they were nothing special, for a steak house supposedly specialising in them. 30 minutes after finishing these, our dirty plates were still on our table. We were close to the pass where the manager had stood the whole time. My wife approached him and asked for the plates to be removed. This was met with complete indifference. Eventually after 2 hours, and only 2 courses, we paid the bill without tip and left. Our dirty plates were still on the table. We’re not coming back again at £50 a head for the 4 of us with such atrocious service and appalling attitude apart from one server who clearly wasn’t responsible for our table but tried to help against all odds.

My Lady companion and I revisited this Steakhouse again this week and we were delighted with the quality of the food we ordered and in particular for the way it was presented to us by the Staff. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs but was not overly so. I have no doubt that we will be revisiting this establishment again in the not too distant future,

Last week my father had his first meal out since the pandemic at the Leefe Robinson and what a way to celebrate! The meal was absolutely scrumptious, my Dad had the ribeye steak and I had the sirloin and they were out of this world delicious together with the refreshing lettuce and blue cheese and crispy onion loaf and fries. Our tummies were very happy at the end. We have been coming to the Leefe Robinson in its various restaurant incarnations for over 40 years and the Miller and Carter is by far the best! Also, a shout out to the LEGENDARY waitress Pat who has been working for the restaurant for the 4 decades that we have been going there and she is amazing, such warmth and lovely interpersonal skills and professionalism!! She truly is a credit to the restaurant!! We are so looking forward to our next visit! Thanks again for a fabulous time! x

For a long time my friends have raved to me about the splendid meals provided at the Leefe Robinson restaurant. Some said they would eat nowhere else. So this being our 58th wedding anniversary we went there so celebrate with my daughter and son in law. I am a great lover of steak but have frequently been disappointed at various venues but I felt sure i could be guaranteed a great steak at Miller and Carters. The ambiance was excellent and service attentive and generally the food was up to expectations. Then the disappointment. The sirloin steak I ordered was tough, thin and no better than than I would have been served at Wetherspoon at less than half the price. Despite this we enjoyed our visit and better luck next time. Went for my Dad's birthday meal. I'm gluten intolerant and was pleasantly surprised to be given an A4 sheet sized menu with gluten free options on it rather than the usual huge ring binder folder that other restaurants have. However the meal I ordered from the gluten free menu was not gluten free. Five minutes before the main was served I was told that the dauphinoise potatos that were listed on the gluten free menu weren't actaully gluten free and I had to have mash instead. Not sure I will be able to ever eat here again as I now can't trust them not to make me ill. Still not sure what exactly about dauphinoise isn't GF. Everyone else enjoyed their food.

Visited with my son and his partner for my 70th birthday. Unfortunately my 50 day aged black Angus sirloin was ruined by terrible grilling. I asked for it to be Medium Rare which it was one end but blue at the other end and it hadn’t been trimmed well. I complained and received no apology although the cost was deducted from the bill as was the cost of my desert. They need to ensure that the chefs live up to their boast regarding the beef. All that being said our server Joanna was marvellous and looked after our needs very well, thank you.

Only 2 bar staff on and nowhere near enough waiters and waitresses on one of the busy night of the year, We were told that this was "due to Polish Xmas being celebrated" drinks mixed up and cold food served. The blame lies firmly with the Managers, the waiting staff did there best in very difficult circumstances

Pretty average meal at above average prices. We arrived at 19.30 and nothing to eat was forthcoming until 20.30. Of course they were pretty keen to serve drinks. I can advise them how to sell more wine by the glass - fill the glass. The amount i my glass hardly merited a gargle. They are certainly not big on vegetables and a prone to want to smother everything with ucky sauces.

I have just paid £197.00 for what I can describe as the work service and food that I have ever received in a restaurant. I made a 19:15 reservation for my daughters 19th birthday for 7 adults & 1 child. At 20:30 we received our starters, sorry 6 of us received our starters and they were all cold. They forgot 1 starter which after mentioning this fact 3 times we were told that it would be removed from the bill. Good job I checked the bill be they added an extra starter! Our drinks orders were incorrect, all soft drinks came with ice & lemon after we confirmed twice no ice & lemon. And finally the salt in the wounds was the main courses, 6 steaks and 1 burger. The burger was fine, however the steaks were far from fine. How hard is is to cook 4 medium & 2 medium rare steaks? After send back 3 steaks and again receiving only 2 cooked correctly we gave up. That was 2 1/2 hours of absolute torment that I paid £197.00 to sit through. I would normally have made a huge fuss but my daughter did not want her birthday spoilt by me complaining I a do get very upset when I do not get decent service. So on this occasion I paid and walked out. So all I can do is type this review and rate the restaurant. Okay, so my rating for service is ZERO, food ZERO. My advice to everybody reading this review is 'DO NOT EAT HERE' save your money and eat somewhere else. This restaurant is RUBBISH!

My husband and I don't go out to eat often as we are both good cooks. But we decided to go to Miller and Carter last Saturday for a change. We prebooked a table as it was a Saturday. Booked for 8pm and arrived at 4 minutes to to be told our table might not be ready and would we like to wait in the bar. We said no, we would wait for the table. The restaurant was very busy and looked pretty packed. We were shown to our table and 20 minutes later were still waiting for someone to come and take a drinks order. My husband stopped a passing waitress who apologised and said they were so short staffed and that this wasn't her section. But so we didn't have to wait any longer, she took our pre dinner drinks order, and dinner and wine order at the same time. We ordered 2 bottles of Becks to have while we waited for our meal. The menu priced those at £4. When they arrived, we had 2 PINTS of what we assumed was draft (which wasn't listed on the menu). Neither of us can drink that much beer, so we sent them back and asked them to bring what we had ordered. They came a few minutes later, but unfortunately, a couple of minutes after that, our meal arrived too, with the bottle of wine! So we abandoned half the beer and moved on to our meal. All this had taken some 35 minutes. The food was actually very good indeed, thank goodness or I think my husband would have blown a fuse. The waitress and the waiter who was on our section were delightful, struggling very hard to do a decent job in ridiculous conditions. I noticed one couple next to us, who gave up waiting for a waiter and got their own drinks from the bar and brought them back to the table. Another table also complained to the waitress about waiting for half an hour for no service. We decided not to push our luck any further and asked for our bill. Three attempts later, it was still not right, but ended up being £3.80 in our favour and we had a taxi waiting outside, so we just paid and left to go elsewhere for dessert and coffee. On our way out, my husband found the manager and made a serious complaint about the running of their restaurant and was quickly joined by another guest who agreed totally with him. Wont be going back in a hurry.

It's a shame the trip advisor ratings go from average to very good with nothing in between - this place is better than average but not very good. For a chain the food is pretty good if you stick to the grill, although the portions aren't massive - we all started on the 2 course lunch set menu but ended up with 3 courses. Prices are reasonable (£60 for lunch for 4 with 2 glasses of wine and water). Better than a beefeater and way better than a harvester, but also more expensive. Have been before and will go again, it's one to keep in mind when you want to go out but don't want anything too dressy.

Went up at 8pm on Jan 2, waited at reception while 4 waitresses ignored us. Then an irate man abruptly approached us and asked if we had made a booking, I replied no and he told us that "there are no walk ins, no way, do you know how busy we are, we have people waiting in the bar to be seated". No greeting, no way to speak to customers and no manners what so ever. Then he shuffled some papers at reception and blanked us. One of the rudest people I've ever come across. Strange thing was that there were plenty of tables inside the restaurant. The disappointing this is I went up here three weeks previous with my son and the service was impeccable. Sad that such a good memory of a place can be tarnished so easily by the ignorance of one person. Luckily Black Pepper is only up the road in Hatch End and for the same price does a far better steak with pleasant staff as always.

Chose this venue for lunch with family due to location. Was seated very quickly. No mulled wine which was disappointing for Christmas time. The only menus available for lunch was festive menu and the confusingly titled evening menu. The festive menu was reasonable except if you want the festive turkey you have to have two courses or get charged for it anyway. The evening menu was biased on steak but we found some fish dishes. Other than no mulled wine drink choice was sketchy, no real ale on draught. Was offered several lagers Peronni, Becks and Guinness lol. I had the Guinness (Beer) and it was a good pint. Once the order was done we was served by another waitress who was from Slovakia. She was very bubbly and saved the lunch with her attentive service and bubbly personality.

My wife's chicken was good but way too much - shouldn't complain about that should we, except maybe it reflected in the price.Rather expensive overall for the quality I thought. £55 per couple with only one bottle of wine.Where we were sat, across from the serving line, we were in changing light as the heating lamps went on and off. Bear in mind this place is always busy. we then waited 10 minutes for a drink.Starters are overpriced, particularly the breads. Why, when this is a higher priced restaurant, do they give the same tissue napkins as say, McDonalds?Food was disappointing this time and a waitress from another area cleared the tables because our one couldn't keep up, training issue perhaps? in fairness, I have visited this place several times and it's usually good, but if you are going to charge up to £50.00 (yes £50) for a steak, then the service should match the price.

Sunday 9/10/16. We arrived at 16:00, it was fairly busy however i have been here many times before and seen it far busier on a Friday/Saturday night. At 16:15 we were asked if we wanted a drink, they were served at 16:30. When she returned with the drinks we ordered our meals. One of the starters didn't arrive and we were told whilst all other starters were being served that they had no prawns, my friend then ordered chicken strips and was sent out chicken wings after all others had finished their meals. The ordering of drinks was a fiasco all night and we had to regularly make hand gestures to the waitress to get another round, after we had attracted her attention it would then take 15 minutes for them to arrive. The starters were eventually cleared up and our mains were brought out, this was before the lettuce wedge's had arrived- not how it is supposed to be. The waitress maintained that they should come out at the same time as the steak which i do not think is true and they actually came out after our mains with one missing. The food was okay but not great, it just looked and tasted rushed. It then took another request to the waitress to get the plates removed from the table after 15 minutes. As i have said before i have been to Miller and Carter many times but the last few visits the service has been really poor. If it was a one off then i would not be writing this. Two tables next to us were complaining about the same thing. I will not be going back any time soon. We left at 19:30, so were there 3 1/2 hours for a two course meal.

One of the seats was dirty, waitress wiped it but it was still greasy so we swapped it for another from a nearby table. The tables should be cleaned and checked after clearing them. Food was nothing to complain about, but at the prices they are charging it should have been a cut above and wasn't. Would not bother again as there is much better value for this standard of food elsewhere.

I have been dining at the Leefe Robinson for many years. It is convenient for us, is reasonably priced and has good disabled access for one of our group of friends. It used to be very popular, had good food and good service. It has changed hands a few times and at one stage had poor service and customers obviously chose not to dine there. The service has improved. We mostly visit at lunch time and choose the set menu. This is still reasonably priced but there is not much choice. On a recent visit we had the chicken wrap, vegetarian tart and sea bass which were all ok. We had the icecream which used to be good but was not as well presented and the cookie was half the size. We used to have our Christmas outings there and they were wonderful. It was very crowded with good food, atmosphere and service. Sadly those days have gone and although we will continue to visit, the experience is not what it was.

It was very dissapointing. We have just had a 240g steak from the local supermarket and there was much more meat than we got from the Tomahawk. We did compain and got a £15 reduction and some olives taken off the bill and our complaint was handled very well by the staff. We did enjoy the meal, had some superb 2013 Muton Cadet and Branston the dog hugely enjoyed the bone so all was not lost!!We will go here again but might stick to normal steaks that they do so well. Visited tonight with my mother and an overseas guest. Excellent experience with a nice welcome, comfortable surroundings, great table position, friendly, bubbly and efficient server, tasty, well-cooked food and a reasonable price. Decided there and then to book a table for 14 in the private dining room for an upcoming, milestone birthday dinner in April. Will definitely be going back before that!

Having arrived for a late lunch after a disaster at another restaurant, the staff could not do enough to make sure we were well fed and well looked after. Everyone was very welcoming and cheerful and showed us to our table straight away. Our food and drink orders were taken quickly, but without making us feel pressured. Nothing was too much trouble and everything we had arrived at the table exactly as we ordered it, hot straight from the kitchen and was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was very clean and well looked after. The tables are a good size so you are not cramped in and the chairs are very comfortable. The layout makes the large dining room feel a little more intimate than it is, so even if the restaurant is nowhere near full, you don't feel like you're on display while you eat.I ordered the burger. The bun was just right so you didn't have a handful of bread, the burger was incredibly juicy without being greasy at all, and the garnish was just enough without it looking like someone was presenting a garden in a bun. My friend ordered the steak salad. The steak was cooked to perfection, as was the egg and the salad was crisp and well seasoned. We shared a portion of onion loaf which was excellent.Overall I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant. I have been visiting this restaurant for many years now, well before it was a M&C, and that some of the staff from my first visit are still there goes to show what a great place this is.

It's been many years since I last visited this vast place, during which it has changed through several hands. Now part of the Miller & Carter chain. The interior is has been broken down into different levels and sections and the ceiling lowered in an effort to convey a degree of intimacy. Also an open kitchen. We sat in a booth. Friends who are meat eaters (I am not) took my wife and I there recently. Like so many chains, any trace of a soul or individuality is well and truly suppressed in order to maintain 'consistency' in the group. Both our friends and my wife's reports on the beef were positive, my wife even remarking that hers was the best she'd had since we visited the 'parillas' of Buenos Aires last year. As far as I my fish and chips was concerned, this was barely 'meh' as they say in New York. A thin slice of what was described as 'cod' (I'm not so sure) was oily and gave me heartburn afterwards. Desserts are noticeably calorie-laden and fruit-free in their content. Requests for an Americano and espresso brought us brown water. My 'espresso' was taken away quickly without comment and not charged for. Five minutes later, our waitress sheepishly informed us that the beverage was indeed instant coffee and that the coffee machine was er, 'broken'. Not charged for. Why not tell us that in the first place!? This place is for the easily-pleased and not necessarily for a more sophisticated diner.

Clearly they know how to cook meat here, but unfortunately not much else. Don't get me wrong, the overall experience was very good and the Chateaubriand was nothing short of mouth wateringly delicious and cooked to perfection at medium rare. The service was also very good with a very attentive waitress but I have to say that the rest was not very good at all.Calamari to start was basically presented, overcooked and rubbery with a very crunchy batter covering. Not nice at all. Overcooking seemed to be the order of the day. The mushrooms and the prawns all looked to have suffered under a reheat lamp.As good as the steak was, the onion loaf was horrible. A greasy flat lump on the plate, with little taste. Again looking round the table, judging by what was left on the plates, it looked like a similar story with my other guests.Well worth a visit for the meat alone, but do not expect to much else.

Great meal for all of us but service was really slow. Waitress took 35 minutes before she waited on our table. Drinks arrived 40 minutes after sitting us at our table. That said the food was enjoyable for all of us.

A family group of 10 of us including a 2 year old, and 3 family members from the USA. They all loved their steaks, but the place needs more waiting staff. Rather long periods of waiting between ordering drinks and meals. Our waitress was fine, but I think the cost is rather excessive. Could get 3 courses in a snazzy London eatery for less, and nearly £7 for a glass of house wine, come on. Otherwise a pleasant evening. Not a regular place to eat, but maybe on special occasions.

The Leefe Robinson, named after a world war one, Victoria Cross medal holder is a large general restaurant and separate bar area, it seats around a 100 and is open until about 11pm serves steak, burgers, chicken, salads, fish etc. It's. A waited service in the separate restaurant area, and bar service in the pub bit. Food is normally ok but not as cheap as say a Weatherspoon, but then it's trying to be a restaurant more than a bar. It's part of the Mitchell and butler pub chain. Staff turnover seems high, and the wine list is lousy and very overpriced for supermarket wine. It is very popular with families, couples and business lunches, does do Christmas parties too. Has a large car park and is easy to get to on public transport with the 340 and H12 bus outside. Service can be slow and variable, look out for frequent vouchers and deals on the website. Overall it's a decent place to meet for a drink and a meal, but not a place for a very special occasion as it is too busy.

There are two sets of reviews on TA on this restaurant; the other is under Miller & Carter – Harrow. This is their own fault because when Miller & Carter took it over they tried to change its name, shame on them. It has been the Leefe Robinson VC for over 50 years and is named after a famous WW1 aviator who is buried nearby. However since they did take it over the food has been consistently good. My wife and I have visited on numerous occasions, and do not hesitate to recommend it. This is a large restaurant and very popular, especially at weekends. The food is between good and excellent although the service can sometimes be a little on the slow side. In my view this is often the case with large, high volume restaurants. When ordering a steak you get an onion loaf and a lettuce wedge (a chunk of iceberg lettuce with a blue cheese or alternate dressing) both a little unusual but really tasty. As an alternative to the main menu they have a lunchtime and early bird menu which is very reasonable.

A birthday treat from my wife was a meal at the Leefe Robinson. It did take some time to get through to make the booking, but it was worth it finally. A late business lunch for two. We asked for a booth at the side, but had to ask three times before the waitress stopped trying to push us into a regular table.Once that was sorted, the service was very good, as was the food. A bit pricey at almost £60 PLUS service. £2.50 for a small bottle of Coca-Cola is criminal, in my opinion.I would eat there again, but only for business reasons, not personal.

have visited a few times and food has almost always been not great. But after my last visit I will never return again. When i started eating my Gammon it was very chewy - I thought that perhaps its just a little "fatty"a few hours later i started vomiting - all that was coming up was the Gammon - then i realised - it wasnt fatty - it was uncooked!!Granted i should have complained at the time (as it did seem a bit cold now that i think about it) but i'm not one for complaining about food when sat at the table!i called the Head Office and they said they would send a health inspector. i said to them that i believed the meat was not cooked rather than there being a hygenie problem - they didnt care. after a few weeks i got a letter stating that no problems had been found and here's a £25 voucher. I even explained on the first call i made i spent around £60 there and wanted £60 back! given that they had ruined my evening the least they could do is return what i gave them!!!

my family and I have been to this restaurant many times over the past three years. Food is always good and reasonably priced, especially the steak. Lovely setup and atmosphere. The serving staff are lovely but from my experience, the bar staff are always loud, go by and too interested in their own conversations to even look at you, they tend to be quite young and unsupervised so sit around on the sofas laughing and chatting instead of serving. That aside this is a lovely pub and restaurant, especially in winter when they light the big fire

I used to go to the Leefe Robinson with my parents regularly (about 35 years ago) when I was a child and this was a special restaurant, Steakhouses weren’t common in the UK then. When we took our son to university (Westminster Harrow Campus) we drove past, I couldn’t believe it was still there! We visited last weekend and I had to go back. We booked and took our son and my Mother in Law (MIL) and I’m really glad we did. My son was exhausted (too much hard work) and desperate for a good meal. The restaurant still has lots of booths and I was delighted when we were shown to one. The menu was very varied and obviously focussed on steak. We decided to have starters, my son and I had the tempura chilli prawns and my husband had the duck terrine and my MIL had the prawn cocktail. The prawns were delicious as was the duck and the prawn cocktail, although “modernised” was also good. It was an impressive start. My husband and I had steak (fillet and ribeye) which are served with a quarter cos lettuce with a choice of dressing, steak sauce, chips or baked potato and a slice of onion loaf, our son ordered the burger and MIL the ribs. The lettuce came first and this was a bit confusing as we weren’t sure whether to eat it first or not. The steaks arrived and were perfectly cooked and delicious the only negative I would comment on was that the slice of onion loaf was more of a tiny slice and a bit tired, and my baked potato was a wee bit dry, not a big issue but for the price I would have expected slightly more – although the steaks were brilliant (and we are big and fussy steak eaters). My MIL loved her ribs. Our son wasn’t impressed with his burger, again for the price it could have been better, he didn’t get a choice of level of cooking (which I would expect from a gourmet/hand made burger) and I think this showed, it was a tad dry. I couldn’t eat all my steak and asked for a doggy bag, but was disappointed when I got the remainder in a napkin (no bag) which bearing in mind we had a 2 hour drive home wasn’t hugely convenient. We even went for dessert and had the sticky toffee pudding and cookie and ice cream. The cookie and ice cream turned up and was a cookie, the tiny sort you get out of a packet so that wasn’t brilliant but the ice cream and sticky toffee pudding were brilliant.I have been critical here (because I am a perfectionist), this was overall a great steak house dinner, it’s not cheap but it was great quality core ingredients, just would benefit from a bit of work on the extras. The service was impeccable, even with a rowdy table next to us, there were gaps between courses, but we like that and our waiter was excellent.

I'm loathe to criticise this place because I liked it a lot. However.... I ordered a starter of "belly pork bites" and received 4 tiny pieces for my £5.95. It was absolutely delicious, but there just wasn't enough of it. Then both my girlfriend and I ordered steak and we were both specific in asking for the steak to be cooked so the blood had gone from it, but when we ate it there was still a bit of blood. Not much, but enough for it to be explicity not what we ordered. The taste was excellent however and the ribs that came with it were right up with the best. The onion loaf was historic, better than historic. But the chips were not steak chips and not American-style french fries, but somewhere in between, and I have eaten chips a hundred times better in a hundred different places. Again, they weren't terrible, they were just not as good as they could be. For dessert we shared a Lemon Meringue Roulade - really disappointing, nowhere near as lemony as it should be, and it looks from this example like, yet again, this is a restaurant that does not pay enough attention to its desserts. Having said that, the overall feeling on leaving was that we had enjoyed this and would probably go again, if only to try a few other things on the menu. Service was excellent, attentive but not overly so, and timely.

We were passing and realised that we had not visited this restaurant for a while. This was late Saturday afternoon. I had the rib eye steak with jacket potato. It came with a large hunk of Iceberg lettuce with a sauce, an onion cake!!!, and a grilled tomato. I was asked what sauce I wanted with the steak. I asked for medium rare and added more to the rare than medium. My husband asked for the fish and chips. The steak was nearly £20 ,it was tasty but more what I would call medium. Cannot see why anyone would want such a large chunk of Iceberg!!! My husbands chips were cold and the fish was very small and nearly all batter. He was very dissapointed. I asked for a diet coke and they brought an ordinary coke although they changed it when asked. The place is clean and very modern and if you have steak you will be okay but on the whole I was dissapointed.

Met up for lunch with my extended family recently, there were 12 of us and normally this would be difficult for any restaurant/pub to accommodate us comfortably. However, the Leefe Robinson was able to offer us a private area, which could be closed off with glass doors which allowed us to chat and laugh and not worry about other diners. The menu was typical of a pub chain and we had a bit of a wait for our main courses, but plates were mainly cleared and desserts were ordered and consumed also. Staff were friendly and remembered who had ordered what. Not great food, but the surroundings in this case made it a really nice occasion. I have many memories of the Leefe Robinson (since the 1970s I reckon) and while I cannot recommend for a cosy night out this was probably the best visit yet!

Our server was useless and must have worked there for years. It took over 45mins for the starter to arrive yet I noticed scruffy managers shuffling around looking busy instead of looking at and running their business. It was very cold at the back of the restaurant my feet were frozen. Time their managers work in the business not on the business as the basics are falling short. Shame as it used to be really good.

Last ate here about 6 years ago under previous owners. Have known the Leefe to have at least 5 previous owners and have eaten here since the early 80s. Decided to give it a bash under the new owners and was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent with attentive smiling staff willing to help. The prices will filter out those looking for a cheap Sunday meal, however the food was well worth it. For two of us with a starter, main and dessert with drinks the bill came in at dead on £50.00 pretty good i think. Will I visit again, hell yeah. Loved the experience, came away full and thoroughly enjoyed the place.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Toros for five years bringing all my clients and family members to dine, but my recent visit was deeply disappointing. I brought a friend from Dubai, and his medium rare steak was first served well done. When we asked for a replacement, he was given a rare steak instead. Despite having dined here many times, the chef insisted this was their standard for medium rare, which is simply not true. To make matters worse, the staff became rude and dismissive. Most importantly, still offering genocide supporting drinks is a disgrace. We paid the bill and left, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Toros after this experience.

Love the burgers and food here and nice to see a vegan restaurant near me with beyond burgers! We need more! The chips could be improved as I think they have changed the way it's made. Before it had a really nice crispy coating and was not too oily. If they can make them how they used to be when they first opened that would be awesome! Highly recommend this spot if you have not tried! Their shakes are delish too!!! So happy to see a vegan spot in the harrow area!
