Everyone should go here just for the milkshakes. We even had an extra milkshake instead of dessert because they are soooo good. Rayna May was a friendly, efficient, knowledgeable waitress. The place was really clean and comfortable. The food was very reasonably priced. My salad was amazing, my friend really enjoyed her burger and did I mention the milkshakes 🤣🤣🤣

my partners order was correct,however I ordered a large bacon stick and only received a regular size.

We have a few costas in Kings Lynn, but not one of them compares to the one on the North Lynn St nicholas Retail Park. There is a boy there who we dont know the name of, but he has dark hair and has been ther near enough fromopening, and he plays around with my mum and myself when he see's us, then there is Gabby.... she throws abuse at us, she plays around, she completely hammers my poor mum with abuse for "not ordering a normal coffee" .... and we LOVE HER!!! This coffee shop has honestly become a place to go for cheering up, for uplifting, and to relax yet have fun. The atmosphere is amazing, food and drinks are spot on, and the service is a 10 star! They are caring, funny, and seriously we feel we have become part of the costa crew! If there was any way we could give our thanks to them, we would love to know how, because they honestly deserve an award for being the best coffee shop in KIngs Lynn, if not just for the banter. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS for making our tripss out an enjoyable one!

Bentinck is a proper old estate pub it has plenty of characters in there

Lovely meal whilst visiting the area. Possibly the best Chinese I have eaten (or a very close second). Not the cheapest, but was definitely worth the price.

Ordered on the phone , I definitely think that they have to improve their hiring process and not take just anyone. The lady who is taking orders should have customer service skills , this is the first point of contact with customers? She was rude, hurrying up customers when ordering and not responding to questions, I have asked how many is the smallest portion of potato wedges and she was abrupt and kept asking other questions without listening to what I am saying. Definitely this girl isn’t for that job, the guys are amazing though, but feel sorry as this destroys their reputation!!

A terrible experience. I wanted a gluten free pizza but was told I could not order one in store by a person but would have to do it with an app (then I could have gluten free from this store). Had no phone with me or internet access, staff no help with this so I went hungry. Why should I be discriminated against as I had no phone and needed gluten free, surely this should not be acceptable in this day and age? As the member of staff said they did gluten free but only if ordered through the app thanks Dominos for disenfranchising me.

Would never ever use this chinese ! they have rats in their kitchen along with rat poison ! This surely cannot be healthy for customers , i have notified health and safety of this issue as this shop should not be open to serve customers food . Solve the rat issue then reopen to serve customers as any shop would! . Appalling .
