DD Pizza and Kebab in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

Second time in a row no salad , absolutely different what have been ordered. Would recommend to try somewhere else

Great food. Chilli sauce was very hot loved it.

The man on the phone was very very rude when I called back to tell him my order was wrong it was very unprofessional. Not happy at all.

Thursday night pre-ordered for 7:15, turned up at 7:50 stone cold. Shish lamb hadn't been char-grilled and pitta hadn't been put on grill either. A lot of salad for my £9 which was lucky because the rest of the meal was so bland.

They were very aggressive when I walked in. Shouting that they were closed, even though the door was open. when I suggested if they were shut maybe they would not need to be so aggressive to hungry people. After I left, one of them... I think their leader.. called me a devil and told me to keep walking my Dog. I just feel that approaching an establishment to get food..shouldn't be like approaching some kinda Muslim millitan command base.

Dd was great before the take over by new people , orders are always wrong , no 1 cares when u ring up , I live close to the shop and was a regular customer , but gone so down hill it's a shame , I give them 3 chances and every time wrong , I even said to the guy on the phone please get my order right , cos the last 2 times have been wrong , and still wrong , do not go there it's terrible

Great food, delivery takes forever (but they do state it will be over an hour when you order). We always order in plenty of time as we know it will be a wait. Food is always hot and as ordered - good attention to detail!

Not happy with the food there like oven chips, from Tesco when Tesco value was out! The meat was like a rubber band! I wouldn't recommend getting anything from this place! Use to be good now worse!!

Do not recommend this place whatsoever unless you want to be waiting for hours for your food. Pizzas were burnt and the chips and onion rings were unbelievably soggy, so unpleasant and disgusting. The wait was 2 hours long and the food was awful. Terrible service and food!!!

i ordered my food at 6 and its still not came 2 hours later! ut was estimated to deliver after an hour and i an still waiting and it doesnt give updates on where your food is????

Would never in my life recommend to ever order from here to anyone!! Food takes for about 2 hours to even make, absolutely awful! You’ll be starved to death by the time the food even comes.

This has to be the third or fourth time I have ordered a delivery from DD’s and had to wait at least 2 hours for delivery! Despite the fact it says 1 hour when ordering, it takes you to phone them just to get your food. No apology on the phone, no apology from the delivery driver. Will not be ordering a delivery from here again, very disappointing!

ordered tonight for first time... had 2hoggies childrens burger n chips adult birger n chips and 2 pieces of soithern fried chicken. all was very tasty. no complaints and will definitely use again!!!

Normally a great place but after waiting 1hr 45mins and food still hasn’t left my opinion has changed. New management ? If so sort it out.

Worst service ever, no customer service skills from an on call ‘receptionist’ lady, complained about slow service just to be hung up on over the phone just no words to describe disrespect tone and attitude. I get it’s busy by trying to rectify someway? Just a joke

Always ordered food from DDpizza and never had a problems before. But last 2 times it takes delivery nearly 2 hours, pizzas comes all burn🔥 black. Then ring them about some issues Manager spoke with don't care. Not nice at all.

Depends on which day you order the food sometimes it’s nice all fresh and good service Sometimes it’s poor service food is coming too your door is cold and not fresh It’s too expensive for kebab

Since owners have changed the place is not the same, two times ordered food there and both times they have gotten it wrong, once instead of chilly sauce I got ketchup, and this time instead of tomatoes got onions, garlic sauce lacking flavour same as the meat has no taste to it, tough maybe made mistake once will give another go, clearly second time messed up my order I ain’t gonna order from here anymore what a shame that this place ain’t how it used to be

We ordering pizza from DD every week for about a year now. They make amazing pizza! Few times we had some delivery issues, but guys was willing to help every time. You can order online, you can pay by cash or by card, you can order and go for your order when its ready or just call and choose how you want to pay or to receive your order. You can track your order online as well. Delivery drivers are always very positive and polite. I highly recommend DD pizza and kebab to anyone!

I had a large chicken shish kebab it was nice however it was very lacking on the salad I ask for

One of the top takeaways in my list. Nice selection of food and everything is super tasty. Staff is 15/10 super friendly and very polite. Don’t know why other reviews are so negative I’ve never had any issues with my food. Once been ordering late evening and they gave me extra piece of chicken, top lads! Very low prices comparing to other places I’ve been eating

Love this place but going to find a new go to as they seem to keep fobbing my calls off. Shame as regularly had food from here for 6 years but I will go elsewhere now.

Don't ever order from dd's pizza and kebab shop down loke road, ordered from them this evening, messed up my order so called for them to say they said will send missing item out straight away etc, 30 mins later still not received it! Phoned shop again to be told that it should be there, it wasn't! Explained I wanted a refund as it was there mess up to be told they want all the food back to get a refund and that theyve been busy! The woman and man I spoke to on the phone were so rude and not helpful at all, wouldn't of minded if it was our mistake but it wasn't it was there's!!! Never order from again! No customer service and very rude!!!! Good that came too was cold!!!

We mostly order from DDs , there only ever got are order wrong once in the years we have ordered from them. Food is all ways nice. It's naughty food that's fatty and bad , but all ways tastes good at the time.

Portions are tiny compared to normally, there wasn’t much difference between a kids kebab and large kebab. Paid £8 for a very small portion. I have always liked this take away and food is usually of good standard, unfortunately this wasn’t the case tonight.

Pizza was burned to the point of tasting grim. Fried chicken was pretty good. Chips average. Got a side of Gravy for £2 and was clearly just Bisto-style Gravy, for two quid! Wouldn't order from there again.

Ordered small fries and small tray of lamb donner meat for my son. Got only half of each as usually used to be. Ridiculous portions and high prices. After two hours he suffered from stomach pain and been vomiting all night. Poor child had food poisoning. Never again

Staff sort of recognize individuals and know how you like your food. I sometimes get a piece of shared fruit from the owner. Make the place endearing love it.

I used to be a big fan of your chicken popcorn because it tasted like real chicken freshly made but just recently I ordered it again and I was disappointed by what I received the portion was good but the chicken itself tasted very bland and there was more breadcrumbs than chicken. TLDR: From crispy fresh chicken to frozen chicken?

Called at 5:20pm so we missed the evening rush. It took 4 attempts to take our card details. Why? Coz the guy on the phone wasn’t listening. Told food would be 45 mins. My wife called the three times to ask where the order was. At 7:45pm we finally received the order after calling. Order turned up wrong. My wife called to tell them it was wrong. She got loads of abuse down the phone. Shame, we’ve been a regular customer for over 5 years. If this is how you treat your regular customers you know what, you can now jog on!!! Customer lost 😡

My son bought me a kebab last night, supposed to be chicken, but didn't know what it was, tasted more like salted beef, couldn't eat it, had to throw it away, would never use dds again. You order it, pay for it, then can't eat it,

Dont like the place. The food is great and the delivery people are amazing but you cant hear the people on the phone and we ordered 3 kebabs with meat, fries, salad and sauce but only one was with all that and other two were just plain meat and fries even when the call girl repeated the order with everything right but still messed it up. Very disappointed.

On various nights out and takeaway nights I've tried just about every fast food place in Lynn and by far the best and one I come back to is DDs', top pizza and always quick.

After waiting 2 hours for delivery. The food that arrived has been disappointing. Ordered a wrap, 14inch pizza and portion of chips. It's bad when you have to re heat the pizza before you can eat it and the chips needed warming up again. 1st time we have ordered and we Won't be ordering again

Ordered combination of kebabs and burgers Xmas Eve night for family of 6. 4 out of 6 left with food poisoning on Xmas Day, unable to get out of bed other than to vomit and diarrhea multiple times, severe abdominal and lower back pain. Ruined Xmas, couldnt have Xmas dinner, couldnt see family, couldnt even open a present. Will NEVER eat from here again 👍🏻

Pretty good food. Check orders though. I paid a lot more than I should have. When I checked the receipt I was charged for a 14" pizza. Ordered and got a 12. Basically, my order should have been £16.50, they took 24.25. Like I said though, decent food, just keep an eye on them.

Fast service and man at the till was friendly and seemed to care about his customers. Food was nice and good value for money. Open kitchen as well so you can see your food and pizzas getting cooked, so you no its fresh.

Excellent kebab shop that does amazing kebab shop pizzas and the cheesy chips are so, so good. I took a star off because they have got our order wrong on multiple occasions which is annoying when you're hungry, in fairness they do send the replacements out after.

Very tasty kebab, lots of salad. Will order in the shop next time, even though we collected when the notification said it was ready it wasn't very hot, just barely warm. Maybe it was ready before the confirmation. But will definately go again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Todays experience. The person who took my order was not polite and sounded miserable. When I finally got my order the pizza was wrong as the put sweetcorn when i asked for spicy beef, when i complained the manager then called me back and had no apology just called to take my order for the 3rd time. Finally recieve the correct pizza to be told they wanted the wrong one back, as this is the 4th order theh have got wrong for me I said no to which I then recieve another call from the manager who this time was even more rude, called me a liar and was shouting at me. Deffinitely would recommend to NOT order from here.

Using DD for a long time but the last few times had nothing but terrible service first order sent wrong things out and tonight placed a large order waited for over 2 hours then finally got the order and again not everything was there what we ordered would not recommend them go else where because no one could be like this place 👎

Poor customer service! Rang up asked for LARGE cheesy chips! Chips to be well done! And proceeded to ask to pay by card! No problem they said gets to my door demands cash! Us not having cash on us saying take the food or the card finally after my food has gone cold they sort out that situation! Now sitting down to my dinner I open up a SMALL cheesy chips and chips are falling apart soggy chips 😡 highly recommend you try somewhere else

Toughest lamb shish I've ever eaten

I rated this 1 star as I complained twice as I was charged for extra cheese on chips and was not given that. The next time they brought me a pizza and the base was burnt. I just walent to order they took the order and then rang back and told me they where not delivering to myself and partner. When I asked why it was they told me because I complained before. This is not even good customer service and I speak as someone who works in the customer industry. I am so shocked that they have said this I paid money for the food I was given and expected it to at least not be burnt on the base this is disgusting and unacceptable
