lovely food and really good service especially from one of the waitresses called kasey, she was very kind, polite and quick with her service.

It's a Nando's. As you can now order from the app to your table there's not much to say. Food was good, service was quick and set in a lovely old building in King's Lynn. Would I come back? I imagine so when I'm next in the Lynn.

This place was absolutely jam-packed, and we waited a bit for a table, but it was definitely worth the wait! The food was amazing, as expected. I love the extra hot sauce, but it didn't seem as hot - still lovely, though. The staff seemed a bit unprepared behind the counter and sort of disinterested when taking the order, but maybe she was new or having an off day. We told her what we wanted and then she still proceeded to ask us what we wanted....weird one. It was a bit drafty where we were sitting, but all the windows were closed, so I'm not sure where this was coming from but had to get our jackets on again. We had a half chicken and chips, coleslaw, and a chicken burger with chips and of course, bottomless cold drinks :)

Look at the abysmal portion sizes these people thought was acceptable to provide me for over £30... Nothing short of utterly pathetic Are we at war? Are we rationing? Is there a global shortage of salad and rice? What the actual hell?!

First time eating in a UK Nando's, we had a veggie bean burger, & a rice bowl and salad with some hot sauce. We were very surprised it was good. Nice salad dressing with good flavours.

Lovely Nando’s branch brilliantly located and with highly motivated and friendly staff as we have come to expect from Nando’s.

We travel from Ely to this Nandos, because it never disappoints! The food is always on point and the staff are always friendly and cheerful! Love this Nandos!

We had a lovely visit to our local Nando’s. The food was excellent as always and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

Food was ok. The only problem I have with this restaurant is that it's always cold.

tiago (think that is his name) was so accommodating of my anxiety, and took my pitta back and ensured the fresh one had all the chicken cut up for me- i really appreciated this!!First time I've been to nandos in years and will defo be back in the future now 🤍

First time I’ve ever eaten a Nando’s I’m now the owner of every sauce they have and even the peri peri salt. Delicious meal I make the mushroom and halloumi pitta at home.

You know what you're getting with Nando's and Kings Lynn doesn't disappoint.

Asked for a table of one, and was told to sit down in the waiting area for a few minutes and they'll sort me one out. 10 minutes pass and other tables of twos have been sat before me at this point, looked around and saw there were tables ready so waited 5 more minutes in case they were busy. I looked around again after 5 minutes and the staff were all having a gossip in the corner. I ended up leaving as I was really hungry at this point, I'd been working all day myself and hadn't had time for a break so to then be left for 15 minutes & forgotten about just really wasn't what I needed. Prezzo round the corner were really welcoming and sorted me out a table immediately, definitely go there instead of here.

Went in for a table and was told it was too busy to sit at the moment so I ordered a collection instead and waited. Many people came through the door and were turned away, some pleasant… some… not so.. I waited about 30mins for my collection to be ready and I saw the staff frantically running around , to soon hear there was not many food items left on the menu due to the busy-ness. Nevertheless when I received my food it was brilliant. It was made to order with a few changes and extras and it was all there, all hot, and all delicious. I have to say this is one of the better Nando's I’ve visit in the UK. So thank you Nandos Kings Lynn :) You did a splendid job handling the force that came in last night.

Would be better if there was more interaction with waiting staff instead of everything online

The food is very nice, chicken was cooked properly, but we where waiting 20+ minutes for drinks, food came first, which is rather unpleasant, to sit here with a burning mouth. We can to call over a waiter to ask about drinks, my partners drink came soon after but my watermelon slushie took enough time to each half a burrito. The staff seam lovely however I did catch one of the kitchen staff flipping off the other staff. Possibly will come again. Bf comment: proper good scran

Great food and lovely staff but the restaurant is so ran down now, We were sat next to the wall which was covered in food and dirt in general it actually put me off my food! I would have asked to move but it was so busy in there that day Plus the toilets are always so smelly with toilet paper all over the floor

Tall young man working there has a real nasty attitude problem, immediately confrontational out of the gate at hello, completely shocked us.

Really nice venue. There are always good vibes in this place, food is delicious unless youe a vegetarian or you don't like chicken. You can't book, so be prepared to wait to tuen up early as there aren't many seats, I think the venue seats around 60 covers. I don't agree 100% with the ordering on the website through the qr code, but it's the way it's going, sadly. It makes it harder for the elderly to order and eat out. Atmosphere is young vibes, music playing, and really chilled. Drinks are bottomless, which I love for the kids.

Visited today. Good was amazing and staff were very helpful. The guy that took us to our table was super friendly and couldn't do enough for us! It's a shame this is not my local! 100% reccomend

First time in a Nandos it was extremely good once you worked out how the menu works. QR codes , but luckily the young man help us out and the actual order was placed in person to the kitchen team. Very enjoyable will certainly be going again.

Food was great, the staff were lovely and very helpful. The only let down, which for me is a big let down, was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The bathrooms were awful, bins overflowing, toilets & sinks dirty. Got given a dirty glass so had to request a clean one, the refill drinks machine was broken but this did get fixed in time for when our meal arrived. Shame as we usually have a great time at Nando's

food was absolute stunnin luvs, BUT, big but, our “waiter” PHIL was a bit nosy for my liking . he was alwayyssss in my face i tell u, i was like … woah luv… tha caught me off guard. he was… annoying to say the least. anyways all in all lush experience, would come again, but he needs to go.

Set in the old bank this Nando's has got a great character. The staff were really helpful and fast with service. Their food as always was amazing, we just had a problem with the sauces as they had split so we accidentally poured oil onto the plate instead of the hot sauce. I ordered a slice of cake for dessert and left absolutely stuffed! Good quick and tasty meal.

Not been to Nandos for years so thought we'd give it another try.. Sat down then we're told they'd ran out of bread.. Opted for a wrap, inside which I believe I almost found a piece of chicken mixed with the lettuce - but not sure.. At least the small bowl of rice and handful of fries attempted to fill the plate.. and warrant the ridiculous price tag 😕

Great food, would be nice to have interaction with staff rather than everyone steering at their phones having to order via app. This is not a direct criticism to Nando's as many many places have opted this route post COVID.

I came here for my first time and it was amazing, the food was spot on and the service was even better. Phil and Lolly were so lovley and welcoming to the restaurant. They both made the atmosphere amazing and me and my family really enjoyed being there. We thank Phil and Lolly for being so friendly with such an incredible attitude. Will be back soon hopefully. <3

We’ve been visiting this Nando’s for years and the staff are always so amazing, but the lady who served us a few weeks ago was unreal! We came in with our baby and she was so so helpful and bought some stickers over for him when we were finished. One of the grills was broke so I couldn’t order what I usually have but turned out to be one of the best I’ve had! Definitely the best Nando’s I’ve ever been to

I went in for a take away this afternoon. Served throughout by Jacob. Just wanted to say he was fantastic. Genuinely helpful and thoughtful. He made the whole experience top notch.

Had a bit of a wait for drinks. We asked twice then ended up getting our food first. Food was nice though. Fairly nice atmosphere but nothing special.

Quickest Nando’s I’ve ever received. The food was decent and the service was good as the the server helped me figure out the Nando’s rewards card.

The food was cooked to perfection. My wife and I enjoyed our meal. Jacob was an amazing waiter he has so much warmth and kindness in his eyes. I enjoyed the unlimited access to cola cola 😀

Me and my family just came to eat after seeing a show and my god the level of customer service given to us by the lady at the front desk was second to none. I have my own business and people like her are so hard to find. I even spoke to the manager after to let him know how well we had been treated and he said I know lol. It's customer service like that, that brings people back, and we will 100% be coming back. Not just because we love a Nandos but because we love be treated with respect and thats exactly what we got. If anyone from Nandos reads this praise that women, promote her, give her a pay rise, paid leave something because she is exceptional! P.s my wife's portion of loaded fries was twice the size of mine, but I'll let it slide given the service.

I love nandos , I walk in and start dancing every time , the music is all ways funky , the food is all ways good and yummy , if you like chicken and spices this is the place , can be pricey but it's meant to be once in a blue moon you treat yourself and have a nandos.

Terrible overall... staff had attitude!! Tried giving us our mains well before we had finished our starters!!.. I see you only respond to high rated reviews.. Why is that??. Generally overpriced fast food which is pre cooked and reheated!!

Poor selection of non alcoholic drinks and no coffee. Did OK but always the same.

Cutlery wasn't clean. The chicken wasn't anything special? All soft drinks are watered down, yuck. Will not be going again 👎

Once upon a time I went into a Nandos for the first time, I'm not a fan of Peri Peri but a work colleague convinced me to give it a try. 100 years later the food still hadn't arrived and with my dying breath I summoned the strength to write this review. If someone, anyone happens to find the chicken I should have been eating, feel free to enjoy it probably won't be with you until 2047 though.
