This is a really great place to eat for all occasions. I went with my family and there were many different options including delicious options for vegans/vegetarians. The staff are so friendly and helpful and there is a lovely calm atmosphere. 100% recommend. Probably best food I have ever had!

We were surprised by how small and intimate it was, a couple of dishes were off the menu due to supply issues but that can't be helped. All the food was freshly cooked and the service was excellent, in a small place it can be overbearing but it wasn't at all. Tucked in the original side streets this place is a gem!

Stayed at the Kensington Hotel further up the. Road, which was awful experience. Absolutely not a 3* hotel more like 1/2* needs a complete update & food was very poor quality. Walked down to the Furzedown Hotel the staff were very welcoming even though we were not residents at the hotel. We looked at the menu whilst having a drink & it looked so good we decided to try it. The food did not disappoint in-fact it was was excellent so good we went back the following evening. Well done to the Furzedown hotel for having such an excellent chef. 5* reviews from us!!!

What a great place. They had closed early due to the weather when we arrived very wet after having been caught in a thunder storm. But they gladly made us coffee and hot chocolate which were delicious and allowed us to stay and warm up a bit. Awesome coffee, amazing staff. I just wish we could have got there earlier so we could try the cakes. I will certainly go there again

This little cafe in Gorleston was amazing. We visited here twice this week whilst away on a short break. The food was absolutely outstanding, it was always piping hot and tasted so fresh. The portion sizes were great and a few of us did not like black pudding however we were able to swap for other items which was great as not many places allow you to do this. The owner was so polite and friendly and was happy to stop and have a chat with us. The young girl who took our order was also very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The prices for both the food and drinks were great, drinks very cheap and £8 for a large breakfast! The cafe is dog friendly as well which was great for us as we have 2 small dogs and it’s so difficult to find places that allow dogs. We will definitely be back if we ever visit Gorleston again, best breakfast we’ve ever had!

Simply, Still the best coffee shop in town, with the best banter, the best drinks and the best food (be it eating in or a take away), so glad we had chance to come back here in May 2021 and we will be back in Sept too. If you are planning a trip to Yarmouth you should plan a trip to Westwick Coffee Shop.

Absolutely lovely setting in the more peaceful end of the GY seafront, adjacent to the stunning Boating Lake and Waterways. Efficient and pleasant service from the owner and the lovely waiting staff. Food was delicious. 6 of us had a range of items from the menu including bagels, salad, full English, waffles, breakfast sandwich and it was all absolutely lovely. Really fresh and clearly good quality ingredients. Excellent value for the price (e.g £7.50ish for full English). Lovely cup of tea (in fact I had 2 as it was heaven drinking tea right next to the sea). Serves beers which my husband enjoyed! Plus lots of other lovely drinks/ smoothies. The owner had a lovely chat with us and a giggle with my son. All in all 10/10, relaxing, welcoming, clean and excellent produce! We will certainly be back 🙂.

We’ve been here before after finding this little gem on Trip Advisor. We returned to the area for an overnight stay and came back for another delicious and filling afternoon tea. The place is very warm and welcoming and super friendly and attentive staff. The staff was was served in a beautiful teapot and tea set. The sandwiches were a delightful BLT, hot bacon and soft fresh bread and juicy ingredients. The scone was perfect and this man has eaten a lot of scones. The cake will be taken away for another sitting. If you’re anywhere near Hemsby, make the trip here and you won’t be disappointed.

Great service and delicious food - every dish was a knock out and I only wish I lived nearer so that I can sample all of the dishes on the menu!

Great bakery - so freshly made and delicious. Bought rolls, hot bakes and cakes to take on days out. Various size filled rolls to suit appetites and cost - choice of several fillings - prepared whilst you wait. Wide assortment of cakes and fresh cream cakes - all freshly baked. Very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Jumbo filled roll was £3.50, rocky road square £2, sausage roll £2.50, cheese and bacon pastry £2.50 - all good sizes. Friendly service. Thanks to Kayleigh on the days we visited whilst on holiday - complicated orders and she was very helpful.
