Having ordered my meal with my family, I asked to use the restroom. I was advised that it was out of order and I could go to the library third floor. The walk turned out to be 0.8 miles there and back, taking me 25 minutes by the time I returned. By the time I got back my family had finished their meals and my tea stewed. When I spoke to them they told me that I did not have to go to the library and I could o f gone to a neighboring business if I did not want to walk that far. They refused to refund my meal. As an elderly tourist who did not know the town, this was not a good introduction to Nottingham. I’m not a fan of negative reviews but this was a poor way to treat a customer

Wow, the food is amazing, the service outstanding and we felt like we were the only customers in a full restaurant. I would travel an hour from my home to eat here again!

Myself and Daughter having been coming here for years now and never leave disappointed. Even if your not familiar with Greek/Cypriot cuisine, there is something for everyone and the extremely friendly staff will always help you decide. Outside of the fantastic food and coffee, we like the ambiance and that whenever we walk in, we are welcomed like family.

This week’s treat was Level 3 Student Chefs revealing their research trip to Finland in 6 flavour packed courses. From barbequed mushrooms in a liquorice inspired sauce, braised venison rather than reindeer, crawfish and pickles, soft celeriac in a sweet pool of soup, a stunning bright turquoise blueberry dessert with a mirror finish and a take on the Finnish speciality Easter egg – solid, but soft chocolate, served in a real egg shell and box! WOW who knew the Finnish knew flavours and having fun with food. All that for under £30.

First time at this pub ,fantastic service,great food super staff especially Cloie highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Wanted a coffee with my husband spotted this new to me place love supporting local small businesses and was not disappointed. Coffee was very nice then I bought a pistachio topped choux pastry absolutely delicious i will be revisiting thank you guys

Surprise birthday treat. Had afternoon tea. This was very delicious and of very high quality. Coffee and Tea included with the lovely selection of sandwiches, scones, and cake. Highly recommended

Really nice, safe vibe. The pornstar martinis are a huge recommendation from me. Genuinely the best in Nottingham aside from the alchemist. Nice to see a gender neutral cubicle. There’s an absence of gay bars in Nottingham but I feel like this will quench the thirst. Keep an eye out for drag nights. If you’re queer and need a safe space, I highly recommend The Goat in Hockley!

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the best biryani I have eaten in Nottingham.The taste of rice is absolutely the best, soft and delicate, with distinct grains.I will definitely order again if I have a chance.Please keep serving high quality food like this😊😊😊.
