The best restaurants serving Fusion food in Bridge Nottingham East Midlands

Insane flavours and great menu options. Highly recommend this small plate restaurant everything was unique, tasty and so fresh. Personal fave was heritage tomatoes and charcoal hummus with courgettes. A really special place.

Sarah and Perikles, England Most important thing about this restaurant that makes it different is its real home cooked Greek food, it’s what most families of Greece’s mainland cook, not just the touristic moussaka etc. Greece, like its neighbour Italy, has always been big on pasta, and the Pastichio recipe of this lady chef is out of this world. The menu is quite inventive and surprising in the right way and the presentation is brilliant. It was our favourite restaurant in Corfu during our entire holiday in May 2023. Great value as well.

This was a staple of an establishment for finedineing ala carte but the mighty have fallen. Let's start with atmosphere walking through the hotel.reception full of swearing christmas part goers absolutely smashed off there tree ain't a good start. Sat in the bar and then at our table you couldn't drown out the screaming and reveling sounds. The food when it came off the set menu was staggered and not on time for starters mains etc and one dish arrived 2o minutes after the others. The food just lacked the taste I had come to love at Chinos from the past. The place was dead only a few tables, and even worse they refused a walk in saying bookings only.... The furniture is dated with the booths showing wear and tear and rips in places. We left as we entered through the hotel entrance to have to walk through a group of 15 smoking how lovely a smell and intimidating exit. I dare say carry on not addressing these types of feedback the days are numbered. We left fully disappointed
