Got here for a 2 night stay. was 30 minutes early. got told by very aggressive woman at reception to pay £10 if i wanted to go to my room early. i declined. had to take all my bags back to my car . q

Very very poor carvery tonight. Replenishment of veg and mash non existent....!!!! Trying to slice beef off a small end of dried up joint. Ended up not eating at all for my family birthday meal ...

Waiting for over an hour for the food, the waitress had to remind us of our order. Food is nothing special.
