I’ve visited a few times and once again this week the service was painfully slow despite it being quiet. This seems to be an ongoing problem, having read other reviews many others are saying the same.

When I opened my sandwich it looked like it had been used for a game of rounders I could barely make what was even on the sandwich wasn’t even cut in half though the whole sandwich straight in the bin

Visited twice in May. A very rude and abrupt lady served me both times. The first visit with my fiancé we ordered a vanilla latte which usually as standard comes with cream and she made it apparent of
