Greggs Newbold in Chesterfield

Visited twice in May. A very rude and abrupt lady served me both times. The first visit with my fiancé we ordered a vanilla latte which usually as standard comes with cream and she made it apparent of her annoyance we asked for cream because she had “filled the cup up too high now”. She then put one egg on each egg breakfast sandwich, again, not as standard and only felt intentional based on the service provided. On one occasion I visited alone told me she had no cup holders (for 3 drinks) after I paid and she had made the drinks. She made it clear it was an issue to go to the back to find them. She went looking and naturally was angry she couldn’t find them and asked a spar worker to find me one from the front. Happy days. It was that she spoke about me after thinking I had left to other workers whilst I was putting sugar in my coffees, as if I was a demanding and rude customer myself when I have excellent experiences at other greggs and spend over £300 a month across Sheffield and chesterfield so usually never have anything bad to say and have very strong rapport quickly with other branches. Certainly won’t be returning.

Stopped for quick drink and food , place was pretty empty had to clean seat as not cleaned from last customer coffee was OK but food was stone cold will definitely not go in again

Customer service is friendly, nice food. Always quick and simple food. Just what a Greggs should be!

Visited my local greggs for a coffee and bacon roll, very simple. The staff used their bare hands to fill the cob with bacon! They were rude and didn't know what they were doing. Complained to greggs on their site and received a voucher which the littlemoor greggs didn't accept! Now I go to the one at tesco extra which is cheaper and has more food available. Do not waste your time at littlemoor greggs, you might possibly leave with food poisoning! 🤮

Awful Greggs Toilets were disgusting and not been checked Shop floor had grime in the corners etc Really very unhygienic place

Went in today for quick pasty for dinner, as I approached counter lady behind counter disappeared into back after glancing at me, I waited at least 5 mins and could hear two staff members chatting in back room, after me passing up and down inbetween the two tills she eventually came out of the back and said what would I like , I started to tell her when the other staff member came at side of her and started talking to her, I carried on with my order but knew she wasn't listening because she had turned to look at the other staff member, she eventually then made eye contact with me and said what was that you wanted. totally rude and I will not be going here again

Food usually warm, however you don't know how long something has been say there for, but staff are always great some could do with a smile

You truly get value for money here. Bought 2 bacon baps and 2 lattes, 2 sandwiches for later and 2 large orange juice/water all for £10. The Greggs meal deals are really fantastic. No wonder we keep looking for Greggs wherever we go. Other chains should take note.

La persona que sirve es tener una buena charla a un cliente, asumiendo que estaban esperando algo para terminar de cocinar, pero después de un rato ella volvió su atención a mí para pedir lo que quería. Solicite un tocino y roll de tortilla. Lo siento no tenemos tortilla dijo, bien que sólo tienen tocino. Ella recogió un rollo encendió y dijo que ella no tenía siento bacon en el momento (espiando en el horno para ver cómo mucho antes de que estaba preparado) así que dije que habría un queso, bacon y alubias pasty, Oh, perdón, nos dijo que no tienen ninguna de esas.Yo nos levantamos y nos fuimos encontrando una hermosa cafetería poco a lo largo de un par de puertas
