How you make a decision to change the chicken burgers from better than kfc to frozen cheap rubbish. Used to be amazing

Absolutely awful, asked for chicken wings just got chicken pieces instead, the chicken has 0 taste and no flavour at all, the burger was outstandingly bad, the chickens tougher than Mike Tyson’s jaw, I don’t recommend this place at all I’m surprised it’s not been shut down DONT EAT FROM HERE!

STAY AWAY!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. ordered 2 boxes of ribs (6 per portion) I got 8 ribs in total. After biting into 1 I thought to ring the place up as it did not taste right. The coating was soggy and peeling off and the meat was really tough as if it had been sat for ages. The lady on the phone said " in my opinion I'd stay away from the ribs, I won't tell you what I think about them" I immediately put them in the bin and will contact health and safety in regards to the matter. Waste of money and time

Absolutely appalling, i ordered and paid and everything got confirmed "delivery will be on its way shortly" my order never arrived and i havent been given a refund. Avoid this place, the food is good but the delivery service is totally unreliable

Always good but now the staff are ignorant the food is always wrong and tonight’s burgers are full of hairs and items missing with no explanation will never ever use them again stay clear

Ordered chicken fillet burger “meal” says reg. fries, doesnt show as a meal on receipt so dont get chips and 10” pizzas are tiny

Avoid if considering online ordering. Online ordering system took order and charged me, but after waiting an hour and a half, I called up and was told "the order didn't go through, the online system doesn't work"... At no point did anybody reach out and tell me that the order was cancelled, nor was there any notice on the website itself. The person on the phone was also blunt and unhelpful, then even put the phone down on me.

Ordered 2 pizzas and fries from here this evening. Arrived within 20 minutes of placing the order through just eat. Decent size pizza, fully load and great tasting. Would recommend giving them a go

Used to order from here all time but been let down several times late with orders being cancelled last minute. Ordered last time 2 hours in advance as children were hungry and special occasion. Took payment and went through then they cancelled just as it was due to be delivered leaving it too late to order elsewhere. Offer a card stamp system and funnily enough it only gets cancelled when we got all stamps and are meant to have to 15 pounds off. Dodgy. Avoid. Unreliable.

If only the service was as great as the food. Lied about delivery on its way when there was a broken machine.

Gone downhill, used to go quite alot but after our latest order, we will not be using them again, ordered 5 things and one of the items was missing from our order, rang up to tell them and they said they would send someone with the missing item, 1 hour later still not had the missing item turn up, rang them again to ask them just to refund the missing item and they point blank refused, accusing us lieing saying we had already received it when we hadn't even though we had already told them about it an hour ago which they previously agreeded the item was not delivered. Stay clear of this takeaway shocking customer service, also had the phone put down on us twice!

Ordered Meal Deal via Deliveroo app, rang to check pizza order was correct as was no option to choose 2 different pizzas. Live 3 miles away and was told only 1 driver and wouldn’t come out that far and cancelled order. Appalling service. Will not be using in future.

I use this place all the time and what I need to tell you is they get it perfect 90% of the time and when they do the food is brilliant. Roast potatoes and chicken strips are to die for. The pizzas are also very nice. update have had USA chicken for last 7-9 times and totally been amazing please keep this up and will carry on ordering well done

We ordered our food at 9:45 this evening and after it hadn’t arrived for almost an hour we rang up and they said the driver was on his way and would be there in the next 15 minutes. We then waited another hour and called again and the person on the phone told us he had delivered it to the wrong address but wouldn’t tell us which address to pick up from. Almost had to negotiate a refund which now will take up to 3 days to get. Don’t bother ordering from here. You won’t get your money or your food back. Will never be ordering again

My family ordered a meal one evening, my daughter ordered ribs, when our meals arrived everything was cold, the ribs looked so unappetizing she couldn't eat them, they were hard and seemed to have been reheated, there was also a piece of metal that was two inches long, which could have been dangerous, we won't be ordering again from there!

ridiculous customer service..... we orderd wings,strips and fries....we got wings,onion rings and fries...promptly rang to make them aware and were told the missing items would be sent out ASAP... after 1 hour and 2 phone calls saying it would be here in 10 mins.....after another phone call I get yelled at and called a liar .......will not be ordering again and will be doing everything in my power to have a full refund....

Better than kfc real good fried chicken and garlic bread was good to but wouldnt order ribs again.

I ordered my food at 8pm they said it would be 21:10 pm it’s now 22:00 pm and still no food I also rang at 21:15 they said 20 minutes, I paid on card and could get a refund! I’ve used these since before they shut down and reopened and I most certainly won’t be using them again!

Awful experience, terrible service and rude on the phone. I will not be going back. Order had still not arrived after 2 hours and they said I had to go and fetch it.

Wow we can't stop ordering from here food is cooked perfectly and tastes good plenty of choice. Well recomend food delivered on time and staff very friendly.

Ordered twice from here. First time my Order was late and had to ring up to get it sent out. Second time food came early but 1 item from the order was missing. I told the lass that it was missing and she said she will go pick it up. She still hasn’t been back. Also got it all on cctv of everything she passed over to me.

Totally unprofessional I was wary the bill was high and got no receipt or menu .Got no napkins at all for the chicken noticed items were missing from order too.Got no drinks tried to call they arnt picking up so here's my compliant as a review .you guys suck

The Rubbish burgers r THIN and LIKE RUBBER the grated cheese was obviously FAKE it was just a SHOCKING BURGER The chicken burger was ROCK HARD i ordered extra cheese and repeated 3 times got home to find no cheese on the HARD STRINGY RECONSTITUTED chicken fillet burger The chicken pieces were ok but not the best and the coating was VERY THIN The ribs were TINY, BRUNT TO A CHRISP and SO HARD I literally couldn't bit it And to top it off the whole LOT WAS FREEZING COLD I wouldn't bother to try this place guys it was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
