When I opened my sandwich it looked like it had been used for a game of rounders I could barely make what was even on the sandwich wasn’t even cut in half though the whole sandwich straight in the bin gutted

Within this business, you'll find that this branch lives and serves the chain excellent reputation. Hospitality 5/5 Staff were understanding, polite and friendly. They handle mega crouds with minimal waiting delays Food 5/5 Standards and quality of my choice were of excellent standards. (Which is a nice change) - with most chains any survive can be hit or miss. 🏆 Layout 5/5 Typical decor and layout for the branch; but still fits enough seating in, and decoration Subwat traditionally provides.

So lastnight me and my partner come for some tea at subway, first attempt was meant to be a tuna and cheese toasted it come and it was stone cold the bread was soggy and that wasn't from the toppings it was just ridiculous and not fresh at all, tasted off like it had gone sour and it was stone cold. Took it back for a refund wasn't aloud a refund just re made the sandwich which then came and that was the same the tuna or the mayo was off something was definitely odd about it, since coming home after having 4 small bites and I've been violently sick for 10 hour along with other symptoms so I'm assuming this is food poisoning so I'd strongly avoid going there. Incompetent and rude manners from the staff also.

Nipped in for a sandwich as in a rush, had to tell staff member 3 times no cucumber. When got my 6 inch sub they had burnt half of it and it was inedible. Poor service here today Went up and specifically said I wanted a mega melt, they started to make it and started to add other items and I said mega melt. Eventually they did a mega melt (yes subway do breakfast all day. I’ve ordered this at this location and others at various points through the day). Toasted. Then added some salad and sauce. Went to pay and they tried to charge me more as a different sub when the sub they made was the mega melt. I turned around and said no thank you and left. Why agree to make something and make it then try and change me for a different item? Either way that’s not fair. Not only did they throw the sub out but it’s a waste of money and food.

Called here for lunch for family including 1x 8 year old. Asked for a Ham on White with barbecue sauce. Woman serving brought out a piece of a cob about 3 inch in length then proceeds to cut an end off. I asked if she'd picked it up from floor and having a laugh, it was miniscule and looked disgusting. Told her to get a fresh piece out, 6 inch, she then started to spoon on tuna even after saying we asked for HAM and barbecue sauce. It then got complicated as I asked for ROAST CHICKEN ONLY, also on white. Do you want cheese on that. No thankyou just ROAST CHICKEN PLEASE, but she still put cheese on anyway.. oh dear. Even the man before me looked disgusted. Come on SUBWAY get your act together and train some staff that understand how to listen to customers requirements otherwise you are going to lose your customers. As a family we have used Subway on a regular basis and would like to continue doing so but if thing don't change......

The worst experience I’ve ever had at subway. The woman greeted me with a grunt not even a hello and didn’t ask what I wanted. Then when I asked for salad I had hardly any put on so I had to ask for more and it seemed like a problem, I had the same problem with the sauce. Everyone looked miserable and I will not be using this subway again

Very poor service, because I questioned what I was charged could not get the points for my 2 sandwich order and was told I'd have to go online with the receipt. My 2nd sandwich was a Vegan sandwich, I saw no change of gloves or seperate treatment of this from my first sandwich. Avoid! much better on Sheffield Road, with proper attention to detail.

Ordered food app was on driver assigned for two hours then changed to delivered ordered at 12.30 at 2.30 it was still on driver assigned then it changed to delivered when I checked it said that it was deliver at 12.55 no food was delivered and they still have my cash !! Avoid at all costs

Called at subway Tesco Chesterfield Friday 9th April.for a sandwich and coffee .,disgusted the sandwich was supposed to be toasted square thinnest slices of ham and cheese I've ever seen,only allowed 2 portions salad the size was possibly 3" square only enough for a child .Dont advertise a sandwich which looks a decent size on board. The coffee was not good either .only luke warm.

Visited twice in May. A very rude and abrupt lady served me both times. The first visit with my fiancé we ordered a vanilla latte which usually as standard comes with cream and she made it apparent of her annoyance we asked for cream because she had “filled the cup up too high now”. She then put one egg on each egg breakfast sandwich, again, not as standard and only felt intentional based on the service provided. On one occasion I visited alone told me she had no cup holders (for 3 drinks) after I paid and she had made the drinks. She made it clear it was an issue to go to the back to find them. She went looking and naturally was angry she couldn’t find them and asked a spar worker to find me one from the front. Happy days. It was that she spoke about me after thinking I had left to other workers whilst I was putting sugar in my coffees, as if I was a demanding and rude customer myself when I have excellent experiences at other greggs and spend over £300 a month across Sheffield and chesterfield so usually never have anything bad to say and have very strong rapport quickly with other branches. Certainly won’t be returning.

I normally order from a different Take Away, but they are currently closed, so I thought I'd try Peking Palace as I live locally ... I always order Special Chow Mein without onions, so that's what I tried here and it was a real disappointment ... the pork was chunks of tinned ham, I got one prawn, I think there might have been some beef and chicken but I couldn't identify it, however, I did get a few (possibly 4 slithers) of unidentified meat so I'll hazard a guess that was supposed to be chicken and or beef; the noodle were dry & largely tasteless. The Prawn Crackers (free with orders over a set amount) were good - they tasted like prawns and melted in your mouth. My daughter had Salt & Pepper Chips - they had no salt or pepper but they tasted of cinnamon, she couldn't eat them because they were sweet, not savoury. My daughter said the Peking Duck and Mini Spring Rolls were quite nice - in all fairness it did. look pretty good too. To be fair I won't be ordering from Peking Palace again, I could probably do a better job of the chow mein myself & prawn crackers from the supermarket are quite tasty. I will say the delivery driver was lovely, very friendly and jovial.

Just ordered a shoebox from there and they’ve tried charging me £32 nothing but robin knobhead I would not ordinary anything from there at all ever ever again they are nothing but a bunch of robbing knobhead avoid the place like the plague

Sunday visit to Chesterfield market area, fancied a coffee We purchased a Mocha, Latte, and Cappuccino, 3 cinnamon buns and soft drink, Strangely sitting in we got paper cups, ( that smelled fusty) All buns served on cardboard trays? Mine was warm and soggy There’s was still cold? Drink was boiling Redhot and tasted horrible, Embarrassingly I handed it back to the counter on leaving with 2 other left hot drinks Total waste of money! ( she never questioned why we left all our drinks) Left and went to Caffe’ Nero

Ordered 4 piece chicken and potatoe roasties absolutely disgusting Chicken covering just fell off it tasted horrible definitely not worth what I paid the roasties look like old gammie potatoes from lunchtime. Definitely wouldn’t recommend anything from this place.
