The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Inverness Central Highland Highlands and Islands

One of the best meals I’ve ever had, friendly staff the cauliflower wings in sticky sesame was beautiful, the monkfish sweet and sour Hong Kong style was brilliant and the cheesecake was amazing,

El mejor Kung Po que he probado en cualquier lugar y he ido a la basura. Las porciones pueden servir virtualmente a 2 personas. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera.

Went here for dinner after a stressful day, the server wasn’t listing or didn’t pay attention to order and we didn’t get what we had asked for. The food was mediocre at best. This was Chinese food from restaurant not Japanese side.

First of all, I have to point out that I'm not sure if I should be more angry at those who made this "food" or at me, who also thought I should eat it. I should have turned around straight away and gone to bed hungry. The signs were all there. From the outside, the shop looked as if it had closed, the "menu" on DinA4 sheets in neon colors slapped on the wall. There wasn't a single Asian person to be seen in an Asian snack bar. The mixed appetizer platter consisted of pieces of fish, 2 different spring rolls, wontons, and spare ribs. Everything except the spare ribs (which had maybe 30g of meat in total) were fried beyond recognition and came with a neon-colored sweet and sour sauce. The Peking soup was the worst I've ever had and it had as much to do with Beijing as I had with the South Pole. I also ordered the Korean noodles with “roasted duck”... I'll probably never understand what the duck is supposed to be roasted. It doesn't matter because I definitely won't be ordering anything there again. I don't want to bash anyone here, I know very well how difficult it is to have to earn a living in the catering industry. But there are things that don't work. If you can't do something then you have to get help.

Great food, not too salty like other takeaways

Worst Chinese take away ever! £28, what a waste of money! Special chowmein was disgusting, so gloopy it was almost pearlescent, obviously tipped a whole tub of MSG into the Wok! Pancake rolls were soggy, chicken balls, the batter wasn't cooked properly and the sauce went straight in the bin! I give up with Chinese in Trowbridge! Even the dogs didn't want any and they are Jack Russels 🤢

This really is the only chines restaurant in inverness. Had dinner tonight, food selection was limted but very good quality amd generous portions. Only complaint, if it was that, no draught beer. Looks a bit unimposing outbide but all refurbished, clean and totally acceptable. Staff bery friendly and helpful - they will change any dish to accomodate, they did for me highly reommended

The dreaded wait for food to be delivered!! 2hrs after ordering! The food was warm and pretty decent but hard to judge as extremely hungry by the time it arrived. Probably would avoid ordering on a Saturday in future.

Very tasty food and delivered on time.

Placed my order at 19.22 it’s now 20.38 and the food hasn’t even left the restaurant. I’ve spent £25 of my hard earned cash and nobody has contacted me with an explanation or apology. I’m still waiting as I’ve had a long hard day and am hungry.
