Very tasty food and delivered on time.

Didn’t receive my order yet but it says that it has been delivered.

I ordered my good at 16.30 and it arrived at 17.55!!!

Do not order food from this place, they will never deliver your order, SCAM RIGHT AWAY! I am not the only one who experienced this scam!!!

Delivery was on a time frame window. However when my food arrived and I did start unpacking it I've found out that half of my wonton soup was off from container and in plastic bag. My thai garlic and chilli chicken arrived in sweet and sour sauce with pieces of pineapple. Not sure what goes wrong there but my expectation was different for thai food. Chicken itself wasn't a breast chicken but dip fried shredded chicken. When called restaurant to let them know, no apologies were said. Poor service

On time. But long wait and unfortunately not worth the wait. Rice was good but the rest quite poor

I asked for my delivery for eight pm! Just eat came back with five past eight,i have not recieved my order yet,i phoned and was told you asked for it after eight,i am diabetic and thats why it is important to get food on time,no doorbell ringno food

Ordered our food, 3 items, over 2 hours after ordering our items our food arrived cold and not to the usual standard of mr rice.

Absolutely Rank and late. I have never had a worse BBQ spare ribs, had a strange chemical taste to them. Spewed up the beef curry. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid.

Fantastic food and still very hot when it arrived

Over two hours from order, over an hour late and unsurprisingly, arrived stone cold. Really disappointing, won't be ordering from here again.

Food was okay. A bit sweet and chilli chips not really seasoned. Other than that an average takeaway for a Sunday night.

Been working in Inverness for the last 3 weeks and ordered 4 times, food is amazing best Chinese I’ve tried up here. Delivery charge appears high at £4.50 but very much worth it and as I don’t know the area I may be staying some distance from restaurant so won’t judge on that. Overall food is fantastic

Ordered food at 9pm, arrived at 11.30! Bought my partner it for his birthday dinner (we work late) and arrived too late to eat and the box is soaking wet. I could drive to Perth and eat there quicker. The food wasn’t even that great either. Maybe they were having an “off”day but not worth the money or time! I don’t normally do reviews as I know how these go, but this was ridiculous.

I ordered at 21.37, received at 23.15.

Had to phone the restaurant for an update as nothing was coming through the Just Eat app. and when the food did arrive it was cold and soggy. Even the box it came in was that soggy and wet it was falling apart.

Ribs were charcoals, chicken was inedible as over fried, chips were cold. Terrible place, I'd recommend you avoid

Very salty most of dinner in bin and spare ribs sauce split have taken picture supposed to be Peking sauce but it was like salt sauce

Food arrived earlier than expected. Ribs were a bit dried out. Everything else was great. Best chicken curry I have had in a while, nice bit of heat to it but not too hot. Recommend

Arrived about 1940,compared to the 1920! Really lovely delivery guy but why are we waiting so long for delivery? The food is gorgeous.

Delivered half an hour after ordering. Large portions. My wife had to split hers into 2 meals. Plenty of decent king prawns in the chow mein. Plenty of everything else, cashew nuts and mushrooms, prawn crackers. Pretty hot when delivered but 45 seconds for each meal in the microwave mad3 it spanking hot. Top marks.

Food 25 minutes late even after I was sent a text about it being delayed already. Delivery driver went to wrong destination. Food was luke-warm but not hot. However still tasted good.

Absolutely shocking experience. Food marked as delivered yet it’s not arrived ? Over 2 hours since I placed the order. Shocking. Will never order from here again.

Order took 2 and a half hours!! Arrived at midnight!! Shocking!!

Ordered online for a 6pm delivery (1714144761), the order was confirmed. It’s now 7.20 and nothing. I’m now making my dinner from the freezer, I won’t be using them again.

Cracking munch. chow mein salty sweet and spicy, veg all well cooked and crunchy but soft as well. Curry sauce n chips were OK chips a smidge "wet" if i was ordering again defo go chips and a pot of curry! chow mein a highlight! prawns were PERFECT!!!

that had to be the worst munchie box ever, no rice, no sweet and sour sauce, 3/4 filled with chips to bulk it up , value fir money , very poor , wake up and do your homework and see what all the other Chinese takeaways are offering cos we definitely wont be back

Very long delivery time - which increased by half an hour as time went on. Total wait from ordering ended up 1 hour & 20 minutes. Salt & Pepper chips cold and undercooked, Curry Sauce cold also. Wanted to give Mr Rice another chance but I’m afraid last 2 orders very disappointing so will not be ordering again very soon.

Nice delivery guy. The lemon chicken was really nice, the honey and chilli chicken was way too sweet.

Food was burst in the bag and left leaking on my doorstep.

Very long delivery time, initially 45 minutes then changed on app to an hour and a half. Ordered prawn toast but received chicken toast and ordered prawn crackers but they didn’t arrive! Quite disappointing to be honest.

Not one for complaining, but after spending over £30 for me & my wife i felt compelled to let folks know how disappointed we where. The kung po chicken was bland and tasted like a bowl of vinegar, also the shredded beef with chilli sauce was the same poisoned with vinegar & unable to taste meat just deep fried batter, the noodles & spare ribs where ok though. All in all i would avoid.

ordered a large chips. small portion came and barely warm wasnt enough for 2 but never ate them anyway as they wer awful. chicken chow mein had very little chicken in it. meals werent that hot either. food is usually very nice from mr rice ive always been happy. but this time was just a waste of money

Frozen chips and the worst ribs I've ever seen

I have used mr rice on a good few occasions and I always thought that the food was good first time using my just eat app and I was not disappointed 10 out of 10

waited 3hours for stale prawn cracker, mushy Thai spring rolls and burnt fried rice.

I was very impressed with the food…will be ordering again!

beef curry and fried rice superb, king prawn chow mein very good, very tasty. driver phoned when outside hotel as asked aswell, cracking chinese, cracking service.

Worst takeaway I’ve had in Inverness. Food was late, food was cold. Pancakes stuck together. Ribs meat was very tough and fatty all over. I have taken pictures and happy to share. I never complain but for nearly £40 definitely an awful meal

Mr Rice absolutely knocked it out of the park tonight. Incredible food, so tasty. I’ll take delivered early over late any day as well.

Pre ordered. Delivery came early. Hot in temp. Super tasty. Flavours were fab. Meat tender. Not too greasy. All Correct items were delivered inc pop. Def use these guys again. Would recommend

Food took around 2 hours to arrive when it said 45-60 minutes estimated. One part of our order was also wrong, which was disappointing after such a wait.

Food was amazing had friends over they loved the fact I ordered and food was hot temperature they said when they order from their takeaway they have to reheat well done mr rice team

Not as enjoyable as my normal Chinese but I thought I’d give it a go as it was on just eat but wouldn’t use this Chinese again, ribs lacked flavour as did the runny curry special shame ☹️

Ordered food @ 8.09pm but never received order until just before 10. When placing the order, it said delivery times would be between 25-40 minutes. Food was lovely though

As soon as ordered came up wi delayed,salt and pepper chips were overcooked and had sugar on them instead of salt! Special satay was decent through
