Hong Kong kitchen says it’s delivering except it cannot be as it is closed online It has put my order through as delivered but its not poor service

Ramen was flavourless despite picking the spicy option. Was basically just noodles in warm water. Won’t be ordering again which is a shame as they used to be a decent place to order from.

Placed my order at 19.22 it’s now 20.38 and the food hasn’t even left the restaurant. I’ve spent £25 of my hard earned cash and nobody has contacted me with an explanation or apology. I’m still waiting as I’ve had a long hard day and am hungry.

Order arrived over an 1 hr late it was cold. No effort was made to remedy the situation. Just eat didn’t do anything to uphold the complaint either.

Excellent food! Got some takeaway and had no issues. Speedy, yummy, and convenient. The salt and chili chips are in fact the best!

The munch box is very packed and amazing

One item was missing. No one apologised just wanted us to get a refund to save them the hassle. We said no as we would like the item and they then got someone else to call us back to ask us to have a refund as it would take a while to deliver - was just prawn crackers but service wasn’t good.

Food was delicious and the amount was well worth the money. Fed 3 and still plenty over. Will definitely be buying from again.

I would say, not an easy things to maintain F&B business in a small town when you rely a lot on tourist. As a small local business, HK Kitchen was doing very well maintaining opening hours later than any other places. I am grateful for HK Kitchen that still provide us meals after long day trip in INV. When we couldn’t find elsewhere for just a bottle of water, this place saved our lives. Lovely lady on the counter was very helpful and accomodating, Chef Budhi provided us a very good customer service and understood our request on the food. Thank you both of you for saving our tummy from “Hangry-ness”.

Placed order at 1740 for delivery order was confirmed for delivery between 1940 and 1800 at 1913 called restaurant as order not recieved was told due to distance I had to pay an extra £6.50 which I paid and recieved receipt ar 1920 took another hour to deliver.

The delivery guy was great, the food was awesome. So full of flavour, and so much of it! I had to save some for tomorrow! Well worth the price.

Took 2 hours 40 mins to receive my order and when it did finally arrive the food was cold. I had to phone into the shop twice to chase up my order to be told it “is on its way”. Delivery estimate was for 8.05-8.20pm and just received order now at 9.20pm!!! A whole hour late!!! And cold food!!!!

Hong Kong kitchen phoned me minutes after I placed my order to charge me an extra £6 delivery on top of the delivery I had already paid £4.50 with my order. Sent me a payment link to pay for it and the food wasn't the greatest either. Salty and dry and special fried rice was basically greasy white rice.

I recently ordered from this takeaway and, as always, the food was absolutely delicious! Not only is it incredibly convenient for me, but every time I arrive to collect my order, it's ready and waiting. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming

Honh Kong Kitchen are happy to take my money, then call up with an extorionate delivery fee hoping i would cancel. If you won't deliver to me, reduce your delivery radius.

Absolutely shocking service. Placed order online then I got a call I need to pay extra for delivery, which I have paid and 2 hours later still no delivery. Phoned again to ask for refund and they said they are short of drivers. It's not my problem. If you can't deliver, don't advertise.

Absolutely delightful! Their food was as scrumptious as always, and the service was impeccable. The delivery driver was friendly and courteous, adding a touch of warmth to the whole experience. And to top it off, the milkshake was lovely

I asked for no onions in anything but unfortunately everything was full of them.

meal wasnt great. beef poor quality. beef curry arrived after main order as was missing. asked in order notes no onions in both currys came with onions. meals luke warm. overall not worth ￡44 sorry

Took over an hour to get food. Food was OK, no complaints

this order was fantastic👏but the order I got to my house 10st John s today 23rd April wasn't good wrong noodles asked for spicy noodles like I always do as it has no meat for prawns and the stuff u was sent containd , contacted shop to deliver something completely different smells fishy can't eat it, No sweet and sour sauce for chicken balls spent over £50 definitely won't be ordering again as this could off been really dangerous to my health 😭 and what's upsetting I love the spicy noodles

Extremely late, food tasted like an odd mix of washing up liquid and Chinese food but also cardboard, absolutely vile, really disappointed! Wrong deserts delivered completely. Just a huge let down probably the worst takeaway I’ve had in years!

Roast duck with pineapple was so sour I couldn't eat it and had to bin it. Tasted more like a lemon dish with bits of pineapple in it. Really disappointed.

I was charged £9 delivery fee for an order which arrived 45 mins late and was missing an item. I called x 2 ce to chase the late order and once to advise of missing items. Was told I would get a refund for the missing item but never did. I won't order from these guys again.

The foods are total out of the taste they are supposed to! I believe the Cook may not know how to cook at all. Simply mess up the ingredients, and it is called chinese food. If their food is good, there will not be any bad foods. Yeaks!

Over 40 mins past latest delivery time late, food was aight

initially I was told meal would be here by 19:30. then by 20:10. it arrived 20:45. if establishment is busy, they should not take orders they can't keep up with. the food was pretty disappointing to say the least. most of it landed in the bin.

I ordered food at 21. 50 and got a 22.35 delivery time which is fine. Upon my delivery time the time updated to 22.50 which I can handle. Then at 23.05 my order updated to the food being delivered after us calling the resteraunt and asking for a refund, which we were told we could not have a refund as the food was almost there and I'm still waiting at 23.20.

Ordered at 17.07 , didnt get delivered until 19.00. Poor updates as well

the chow mein tasted awful there was no flavour to it at all very bland and oily looking. the chow mein and fried rice was warm not hot. prawn crackers were missing but the driver found them in the car. disappointed meal.

Very bad customer service. Delivery was very late. I had to call them 7-8 times to get my food. Very unprofessional. Food was cold and dry as well. Very bad experience I had with them.

There food is normally excellent but this time it was horrible prawn with pineapple tasted sour and banana fritters were hard doey and tasted un cooked never had a bad meal from them before but will not be using again to expensive to get food of such bad quality

The food was really lovely and very fresh. Still warm even though we live a fair distance from Inverness. The only issue I have is that I had to pay an extra delivery charge, which isn't mentioned at the time of ordering. I had to pay this separately over the phone. It would be better to be informed at the point of initial payment. Otherwise, I will definitely order again. Thank you

Ordered a delivery as it was the only place open - the food was absolutely awful. I couldn't even eat it. I ordered a munchie box and it was just a total mess of mixed up food. The one star rating is for the delivery driver who was very pleasant. That's about all I can say positive about this.

Please get another sweet and sour sauce supplier. Otherwise great!

Never experienced food as disgusting as this in my life. Our order was simple: 1 x duck in orange, 1 fried rice, 1 x chicken fried rice, 1 x Noodles with beansprouts and onions, 1 x chips. We received: no duck, just a can of fanta orange, no fried rice, 2 x noodles without onions or beansprouts, 1 chicken fried rice, 2 x chips. The food looked and tasted like it was days old. It was so loaded in black pepper it made us cough. If you're hankering for a Chinese meal, don't go here. Disgusting.

I had a phone call at 10.22 to say they didn’t have the dessert I ordered so agreed a replacement! Normal people would say ok their on it. 11.30 order arrives and £5 desserts missing. This is second time! Last time it was starters going missing!

Disappointing dish, the hot & spicy part of it was good but wish there was option to add chicken or some sort of meat , if I’d realised was just going to be spicy chow Mein with nothing else would have ordered a different dish for same price , sorry but over priced and disappointing sadly

The food was late and only slightly warm when delivered. This has happened the previous time I ordered from here and it was as bad this time too. I shall be highly unlikely to order from Honk Kong Kitchen in the future

Delivery late. Also had to pay extra onto of the delivery as I’m further out of town.

Prawn cocktail had hardly any sauce, and 5x shrimps not prawns loads of lettuce Chicken pieces no taste in a sauce which was supposed to be BBQ it said fried chicken but it looked boiled have ordered from here before and am very dissatisfied with the order this time. And will not be making the same mistake again.

The gravy on chips is different to how it used to be!!

Ordered at 7pm, got notified of delivery at 8:30. Nothing was delivered to me. Phones up the shop and they made a new order. Got that one delivered at 9:30. Bag was soaking wet and cold. Half of the bag of chips were cold, rest were lukewarm and dry. Chicken was soggy and tasted of nothing.

Awful food. Some was picked up the rest was in the bin. Never again. Just eat are useless when it comes to complaints
