Absolutely banging this chinese. 1 of the best I've had ever. They were recommended and I'd defo do the same. 10/10

Very disappointing my curry was completely tasteless and too much veg not enough sauce ,sauce was very thin no taste to it whatsoever. The pancake roll was undercooked in places soggy .

Hi, I ordered a Peking King prawn dish, not sure if that was the correct dish delivered as it looked like the sweet and sour but my son had.Didn’t like the flavour-found it sweet, bit slimy, and no depth of flavour. Also not many prawns for the price although I know cost of living affects everyone. Not sure if you are able to give a complimentary dish as we are regular customers and I usually enjoy your king prawn with ginger and spring onion very much. Any feedback/free dish! Would be lovely. Best Chinese takeaway in Trowbridge

Good food, as ever. Scheduled time wasn’t met, it was about half an hour late. This isn’t uncommon but we go back. ‘Cos we love the food. Just be patient.

waited over a hour past delivery time then rang restaurant they said oh hvnt you received it yet I'll check the kitchen then got a rude phone call asking for my actual address I put very clear instructions of where our address is

Best Chinese in town and one of the best I’ve ever had. The food tastes fresh, with flavourful natural ingredients and crunchy vegetables that enhance the natural taste. Unlike other places where the you can actually taste the flavouring powder, this tastes like it's coming from the ingredients themselves. Literally, my mouth is watering as I write this. Recommended: Spicy rice dishes (Singapore/Malaysian)

We always order our Chinese from here as they’re consistently excellent. However, unfortunately on this occasion, the chicken balls (which are normally exquisite!) were dried out with dense batter. The remainder of the order was piping hot, freshly cooked & delicious. Hopefully our next delivery will be 100%

The cook needs to be reacquainted with a cook book - preferably a Chinese one. The addition of flavour to the meal would be helpful.

40 mins late and stone cold. Crispy chilli beef was as tough as old boots. Very disappointing £45 wasted

Ordered for 8pm delivery at 5pm. Turned up 21:36. Cold and late, after being told at 8:30 it had left to us and on its way. Absolutely terrible service. Will never order from again.

Food was fantastic . First time using this take away and will definitely have this as a first choice again. Will like to add that the delivery lady was extremely pleasant and very polite .

Pretty bland, pretty expensive, pretty average

We were starving & ordered the medium priced meal for 2 wondering if it would be enough. Chicken balls with s/s sauce were delish but more than we could manage (a bit too much batter perhaps), beef in black bean was v tasty, very nice meal, arrived hot, very good value!

This is normally our go to for Chinese but tonight it wasn’t as good as usual, food was cold and has gave us both stomach aches after eating. Hopefully just a one off as this Chinese is normally the best in Trowbridge.

The prawn crackers were good but the Chow Mein was awful. The beef was hard and unpalatable. The whole dish just looked like slimy and disgusting. I threw it in the bin to be honest. Very disappointing

I've always had amazing food from this Chinese Takeaway. In fact I agree with the review few below mine. I would say its up in the top 10 for UK. I've eaten in China Town, Hong Kong & mainland China & this little gem is so good with fresh vegetables & ingredients. I live in London but when I come to Trowbridge I always look forward to a Chinese. The only bad reviews on here seem to relate to delivery. I always collect & the lady on the counter is always cheerful & helpful. This is a popular place & hence very busy so she is often having to cope with a lot of orders, which she generally manages very well. I have been visiting this place for Chinese for over 12 years. Its ingredients are very fresh & good quality. Excellent food.

I had a beef chow mein it tasted awful no flavour and beef smelt awful and duck spring rolls were rolls no duck just sauce. A waste of £16 and I slept with no food. 47 cavell court trowbridge BA14 0HH Sorry if I sound rude but I feel you need to know the truth.

Rude, food’s disgusting don’t ever speak to me like that again

By far the worst “Chinese”. The food was cold when it arrived, asked for it to be delivered for 8:30pm and it was well past 9:30 by the time it arrived even though it said the food was out for delivery at 8:35. When we called to see where our food was the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and not interested, did not apologise for the lateness she just wanted to get off the phone as quickly as possible. They don’t care about the customers once they’ve got your money.

Ordered outside of peak times & got food REALLY early, little inconvenient as I ordered thinking it would be later though totally understand why the wait times are listed as such

It took over 2 and a half hours to get our food. We called 5 times and they kept saying it was out for delivery which it wasn't. The food then arrived cold, no apologies from staff or incentive to apologise and say sorry

Food is very good. But unfortunately the food took well over an hour to arrive. It's not the cheapest takeaway, so I would expect the food to be delivered on time.

Really delicious food, & delivered 30 mins early - great service all round.

Food took a long time to arrive, and once it did, we were missing our sweet and sour sauce and satay sauce from the order.
