Too many vegetables not enough meat. Beware Special fried is not rice (as it is elsewhere) but more vegetables.

Worst Chinese ever, couldn't eat it, the chowmein was so gloopy it was pearlescent, the sauce to go on the undercooked chicken in batter was more like runny jam, the pancake rolls were soaking in grease, hence to say I won't be ordering again

Worst Chinese take away ever! £28, what a waste of money! Special chowmein was disgusting, so gloopy it was almost pearlescent, obviously tipped a whole tub of MSG into the Wok! Pancake rolls were soggy, chicken balls, the batter wasn't cooked properly and the sauce went straight in the bin! I give up with Chinese in Trowbridge! Even the dogs didn't want any and they are Jack Russels 🤢

Ordered plain mein and they turnt up vegetable chow mein. Ordered egg fried rice and it didn't come. I phoned to get replacement chow mein and say the egg fried rice hadn't come. They refused to change the chow mein and bring the egg fried rice they said I was lieing and couldn't give me my money or any money back. Never order from here

They had a bad night we have had food here for years. My shrimp curry was mushroom with about 3 shrimps in it and the fried rice was boiled rice

Always really helpful with dietary requirements, not greasy or sloppy and not too salty

Bad roadworks in trowbridge would make it dificult to keep on time. Phoned them very sorry good food normally very fast

I was disappointed with my recent order from your establishment. The chips were not hot, and the delivery time was over 90 minutes from when I placed my order. Although it arrived just before the 90-minute mark, I have received complimentary prawn crackers with my previous orders, which were unfortunately missing this time. Considering the extended wait time, I had hoped for the inclusion of the prawn crackers. Regrettably, this experience has discouraged me from placing future orders.

Had an excellent Chinese this evening. Couldn’t fault it at all. Have had some really duff Chinese takeaways over the years, but this was excellent. Recommend.

If that delivery was any quicker it would’ve been instant. Faster than fast. And the food was of great quality as well.

Great tasting food. A bit on the pricey side but yummy nonetheless. Only downside was Prawn chop suey, seems like chef had forgotten to add any seasoning. All others tasty and would order again

It was hot but not good... chemical tub tasting sauces - too much veg and no meat for "specials". Asked and paid extra for fried rice and recieved boiled...

There is a vast menu which made our ordering take a long time as we all changed our minds on what we actually wanted. Once ordered the delivery time of 7:40 was confirmed, and the food arrived a few minutes early. So the bordering and delivery was first class. Now for the food, everyone really enjoyed their choices but there was so much we all had a little of each other's and there was still enough to have "seconds". I chose a chicken Kung Po and it was superb. I will order again soon.

The sweet & sour chicken balls tonight were absolutely delicious. We love the chicken with ginger & spring onion and the beef with green peppers. The sweet & sour sauce wasn’t the usual tasty one tonight, however, I wouldn’t order from anywhere else. 5 💫

Hi, I ordered a Peking King prawn dish, not sure if that was the correct dish delivered as it looked like the sweet and sour but my son had.Didn’t like the flavour-found it sweet, bit slimy, and no depth of flavour. Also not many prawns for the price although I know cost of living affects everyone. Not sure if you are able to give a complimentary dish as we are regular customers and I usually enjoy your king prawn with ginger and spring onion very much. Any feedback/free dish! Would be lovely. Best Chinese takeaway in Trowbridge

Good food, as ever. Scheduled time wasn’t met, it was about half an hour late. This isn’t uncommon but we go back. ‘Cos we love the food. Just be patient.

waited over a hour past delivery time then rang restaurant they said oh hvnt you received it yet I'll check the kitchen then got a rude phone call asking for my actual address I put very clear instructions of where our address is

Best Chinese in town and one of the best I’ve ever had. The food tastes fresh, with flavourful natural ingredients and crunchy vegetables that enhance the natural taste. Unlike other places where the you can actually taste the flavouring powder, this tastes like it's coming from the ingredients themselves. Literally, my mouth is watering as I write this. Recommended: Spicy rice dishes (Singapore/Malaysian)

We always order our Chinese from here as they’re consistently excellent. However, unfortunately on this occasion, the chicken balls (which are normally exquisite!) were dried out with dense batter. The remainder of the order was piping hot, freshly cooked & delicious. Hopefully our next delivery will be 100%

Ordered for 8pm delivery at 5pm. Turned up 21:36. Cold and late, after being told at 8:30 it had left to us and on its way. Absolutely terrible service. Will never order from again.

Chicken very dry- doesnt taste fresh

Food was fantastic . First time using this take away and will definitely have this as a first choice again. Will like to add that the delivery lady was extremely pleasant and very polite .

Pretty bland, pretty expensive, pretty average

We were starving & ordered the medium priced meal for 2 wondering if it would be enough. Chicken balls with s/s sauce were delish but more than we could manage (a bit too much batter perhaps), beef in black bean was v tasty, very nice meal, arrived hot, very good value!

This is normally our go to for Chinese but tonight it wasn’t as good as usual, food was cold and has gave us both stomach aches after eating. Hopefully just a one off as this Chinese is normally the best in Trowbridge.
