The best restaurants serving Chinese food in South Eastern NI

This place is so lees, most Chinese’s taste like pure doot but this one is lees. It’s like breeding: If the ma is sound and the da is sound sure thats good breeding. CMBB

Shocked to read the comments below about the two lady’s at the till being rude as my personal experience with both of them have always been nothing but pleasant & friendly . We had the Pad Thai number 9 combo noodle box over the weekend and it was sooo delicious . I’ve been going to Thai Noodle for 7 years now & it never fails to disappoint. Elaine x

This is the best Chinese restaurant in Holywood. I have dined here for the past 3 years and the food is always consistent and the owners are so welcoming.

My fiancée and I visited again the weekend past. Top quality service and food. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. While the prices are very reasonable. Harmony Palace is our favourite Chinese restaurant, and is easily one of the best about. There is a wheelchair accessible bathroom (albeit small, and potentially difficult for large wheelchairs or Powerchairs). The parking behind the restaurant is handy, but a significant, steep hill exists to enter and exit. Which could be a challenge. But overall, Highly recommended.

Food here is really nice, got half chip half fried rice with curry this evening, delicious. Usually get a curry chip which is nice too.

Had a carry out tonight. Absolutely dreadful, I've no idea what "meat" I was eating. It had little texture and no taste. Sad because when they were based in Grays Hill the food was good.

We went on a recommendation from friends to this restaurant in Moira, which we were very much looking forward to. Parking is a nightmare in Moira!! We arrived at the restaurant to be met with a sign in the window - cash only.i know take a ways normally have this rule, but in 2025, not being able to pay by card in a restaurant is by far ridiculous; get yourselves a contactless card machine The young waitressing ladies were amazing. Their professional and friendly manner was impeccable; I hope the owner appreciates The decor is a little dull and cutlery/table setting/napkins etc were pretty cheap looking Once settled, the gorgeous waitresses took our order The menus could do with being updated and new; not a pen scribbled through etc Our mixed starters were beautiful; great we got a second offering of prawns crackers I chose special curry with half fried rice/chips - the curry was amazing. Once again, the food was fabulous but crockery and presentation not great My husband chose vermicelli and loved the flavour and the dish 10/10 Overall the food was amazing Lacking are how the tables are set & crockery appears cheap Buy a present for yourselves - a contactless card payment machine. Take down the uninviting signs on your doors CASH ONLY

Ordered 5.30 and order did not arrive until nearly 7pm and items missing and could not delivery missing items for another hour and I placed order on app shocking service would not recommend. Quick to take your money from app but then delivery service poor and missing items shocking

Beef lately got a bit tough,I am OK but wife says chewy,I have to agree was lovely and tender in the beef curry not now.need to go back to the way you use to prepare it.

We visited Li Li's Friday 25th October. This was my second visit, my husbands first. Food was really tasty and the two staff members very friendly. Restaurant was very clean and service fast and efficient. We will definitely go back again.

This is a take away, telephone staff and delivery staff very nice. Very happy with anything I've got from here, good portions sizes and reasonable prices for food and delivery, would order from China Palace a couple of times a month. After my first delivery, my address stored in their system, which is handy. Would highly recommend.
