Food ordered for delivery with details of delivery address and instructions that I’d be outside the apartment which is only three doors down the road. Ordered for 6.30, at 6.50 walked to the restaurant and was told my food was “on its way” - food arrived just before seven with a delivery lad on a bicycle who “was not familiar with the area and didn’t know we were so close!” It was cold of course. Duck pancakes were served with cucumber and carrot instead of the spring onions noted on the menu. We’ve used Golden City for years but won’t be bothering again.

Food was tainted with the fact I got charged twice. Otherwise would have been lovely. Had ribs, spring rolls, noodles and didn't realise you got prawn crackers for free so ended up with two bags.

Been going here since i was little and the foods been amazing every single time, i always get chowmein which has never not been good, chicken in honey and lemon sauce is what ive been getting for years and would reccomend it to anyone that hasnt had it, only thing i say is that the prices have gone up over the years but if youre only going to have it on the odd occasion its worth it.

On our recent visit to London, we were staying in a hotel which was close to Tooting, that's when we crossed this market. I am very fond of visiting local markets and I'm so happy i went in this time as well. There are multiple small restaurants which have many meal deals and food offers with seating arrangements. There are even shops selling vegetables, meat, clothes, flowers, artifacts, salons and many more. A must visit place.

Absolutely disgusting food which ended up in the bin ! Do not order food from here! We ended up having to get food from somewhere else

First visit to this Chinese takeaway/ dinner and no bad for the first time takeaway,lovely friendly staff next time we will try the dinning experience.

For the second time a item was missed off a order. Contacted the takeaway to be told 25 mins to collect or 1 hr for delivery of missing item. Still waiting 2 hrs later for item so phoned again to be told I had to wait for the owner to call me back who conveniently was not there. So customer lost keep the £8:50 as you clearly need it more than I do.
