Food was cold, uncooked and had an item was missing. The sweet and sour sauce was cold a looked like jelly. The chicken balls were under cooked and was raw batter. These were meant to be sweet and sour prawn balls. The curry was cold and had leaked all over the other packs. When we called to complain they refused to replace the items stating we were the ones who had ordered the wrong things. We have been using this takeaway company for over 20 years. Today was the last time.

We had a delivery for 14 people for dinner at home for my husband's 60th birthday. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was fantastic. I requested that each couple's meal was bagged and labelled separately and all delivered at a specific time. They did everything that I requested perfectly and everyone thought their food was great! Well done Royal Wok, much appreciated as you helped us all have a fabulous night!
