The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Chinese food

very driver who could not find our location despite having our full address, postcode directions from me including a prominent nearby landmark. I tried to call the takeaway several times but my call went immediately to voicemail. I used the Just Eat web help to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was contacted by the manager who was very apologetic and informed me that there had been a mix up with orders and that our meal had gone to the wrong address. He informed me that he would personally deliver a replacement order in 7 minutes and offered a 15% discount on our next order. The meal was delivered within the 7 minutes but was now over an hour late. The meal was disgusting and was clearly the initial order. It was very dry, cold and greasy. Papadums were dripping in oil and the nan bread very dry. We immediately complained and requested that the meal was collected with a full refund. The meal was not collected and went straight into the bin. We use Just Eat regularly and have never experienced such poor quality food and customer service. Please avoid this takeaway restaurant,

Never had a bad bite, let alone meal from this joint. Delivery times spot on, food second to none. I’ve been to China many times and never had Chinese this good

I have used them twice and twice they have failed to get my order right. Don't ask for fried rice, you will be charged but you won't get any. Shame because the food is ok.

I ordered food online to be delivered and asked to put it in my safe place as i wont be at home and would like it for later. As I have been out I did not take any calls on my mobile. The order was paid for. Apparently the driver could not find me - but my gate was open and he was clearly to see on CCTV. He drove off without having the order placed in my safe place as requested.So i confronted the restaurant with it and i got shouted and insulted by them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID AT ANY CHANCE The thing is if you cant follow a simple delivery instruction and you just drop it in front of the door if can be eaten by seagulls - like I had before with them ! - or it gets taken by someone else - like it did before as they could not be asked to put it in my safe place where no one would see it and it cant be eaten by seagulls. SIMPLE TO DO ? NOT FOR YUMMY HOUSE -

This takeaway always shows as available on just eat but now twice we have tried to order, to then get a text saying the restaurant has cancelled the order. It’s a joke. They shouldn’t show as available for orders if they aren’t!

I ordered from Uber eats tonight and my food was not delivered. I called Uber eats customer service twice, one of Uber eats customer service agent said maybe someone else received my food. My question is: how will someone else receive my food? And what is the essence of the pin if my food can eventually be received by someone? I also called Wok& Go Noodles (Shoreditch) the phone was given to the manager after explaining myself, the manager said he did not hear me so I start all over again to explain myself, he said the driver took the food already and hang the phone on me. What a terrible and unprofessional customer service from the manager. Please refund my money ASAP

Ordered the veggie katsina curry and vegan chicken share box . Got a box with some vegan chicken , unsalted cold rice sweet fa salad and heaps of chips with a tub of katsu sauce . Total rip off.. fortunately had crisps in room

My husband ordered a meal from here online. A large bag of food arrived at exactly the time they said, which was only 30 minutes after ordering early on a Friday evening. Husband really enjoyed it and there was enough for the next day too!

Great local Chinese takeaway. We’ve ordered from here at least 5-10 times and have been very happy with our order every time.

Food was all spicy even though it says the food had no spice my twins who both have autism and both can’t eat spice noodles were spicy egg fried rice was spicy the crispy chicken was soft no well cooked and spicy and sweet and sour chicken was more like a curry had no crunch and was covered in chilli seeds neither of my kids would touch there’s as would meek them ill as can’t tolerate spice mine was only half eaten as spice was unbearable chicken was rant and all I could taste was chilli seeds. My daughters had mild spice supposedly but again she hardly ate any of hers as eyes were watering eyes were stinging and mouth was on fire and cost me £36.00 with delivery. Tried to report to Uber eats where I made purchase and was told I couldn’t have some sort of refund also tried ringing shop itself but no answer. Absolutely disgusted with this place no wonder why they don’t have any reviews because the food is shocking do not eat here !!!

Excellent meal last night. Perfectly cooked and good quality. Will definitely be using again soon and would highly recommend
