Tengo que decir la comida de servicio y el hecho de que creo que tengo intoxicación alimentaria por metal en la comida es razón suficiente para evitar este lugar! ! después de comer 3 de los 4 wontons en la sopa sentí un corte en el techo de mi boca y escupí lo que parece lana de alambre! ! , informé esto para comer, y lo dejé así, sin embargo, a las 3 am, me desperté con sudores severos, reflujo ácido y me sentí bastante enfermo . . puedo decir con seguridad que no los volveré a usar ! ! la calidad de la comida era muy pobre, insípido y terminó en el perro . . que no se ve tan bien él mismo a las 4 am de esta mañana ! !

El Hoi Tin es una joya oculta. He estado recibiendo comida para llevar durante años de este restaurante y siempre es excelente, caliente y de gran relación calidad-precio. Galletas de langostinos se dan gratis sobre un acarreo de un gasto, así como galletas de la fortuna. La entrega es rápida y comparable en precio a otros restaurantes de la zona. Inténtalo. No te decepcionarás.

Really nice takeaway food apart from pancake rolls when the batter is too thick It seems to have a more consistent standard. You know what you'll get and there is rarely a problem. I have indeed tried many other takeaways in Bedford but this one is really tasty. Not sure why the reviews are not so good sometimes on Google.

I have eaten from here once after this review it would be the second time (hope the food is alright) but ultimately the customer service could be better. I think people forget that what keeps people coming back is good customer service as well as the product. Do better.

118 - 120 Bedford RoadOrdered food (2 starters 1 main) at 18:55, it was due to arrive at 19:55 which is reasonable. It did not arrive at 19:55 I rang 3 times & they said it was on its way & apologised because it was busy (I'd hate to be someone who ordered food after 7pm). It didn't arrive until 21:15. Food cold, chewy & in edible. £50 straight in the bin. Don't waste your money!

99 High Streetboth Staff were very friendly and very quick with their service. Food tasted as good as it looked and restaurant was very tidy and spotless. hidden gem in bedford

9 The BroadwayGreat food, still hot. However we did not receive the full order and this was not corrected or refunded. The manager never returned my call after saying he did not want to argue. First bad experience with them which has annoyed me, especially with ring camera footage proving me correct.

12 Bunyan RoadShocking online ordering service. I will never order again. They allowed me to order online without confirming the delivery time, I paid and received a text stating it will take up to 90 minutes! I didn’t want to wait that long to feed my kids so I called to cancel several times but the line was busy as it was a Friday evening, so I replied to the text message requesting that they cancel the order as per the attached. They delivered it anyway over 90 minutes later and so I had to send the food back and requested a refund. Today they refused to provide a refund and said their phones lines weren’t busy around 7pm when I called!
