Hoi Tin in Bedford

I have eaten from here once after this review it would be the second time (hope the food is alright) but ultimately the customer service could be better. I think people forget that what keeps people coming back is good customer service as well as the product. Do better.

Había suficiente gente para crear un ambiente, pero no había mucha gente, así que no se podía oír a sí mismo hablar. Mi única crítica fue que las camareras no volvieron para comprobar que todo estaba bien y no pudimos llamar su atención. Tampoco nos ofreció bebidas inicialmente a pesar de que compraron galletas de gamba de cortesía. Tuvimos que levantarnos e ir a hablar con ellos. Fueron muy amables y amables.

Great food, still hot. However we did not receive the full order and this was not corrected or refunded. The manager never returned my call after saying he did not want to argue. First bad experience with them which has annoyed me, especially with ring camera footage proving me correct.

Had an absolute feast this evening! All of this for £70 which is an absolute bargain compared to my local Chinese. Every item was fresh & full of flavour. The honey ribs and salt & pepper chicken was my favourite! Delivery was £3.50 which isn't too bad considering it was around 15 miles delivery. Food was still really warm, and only took 35 minutes. Will definitely order from here again when in the area
