Great food, still hot. However we did not receive the full order and this was not corrected or refunded. The manager never returned my call after saying he did not want to argue. First bad experience with them which has annoyed me, especially with ring camera footage proving me correct.

Disgusted of their special fried rice, seemed to be cooked like 2 days ago and then microwaved 🤐 I hate microwave food Noodles didn’t taste too fresh neither Strongly recommend not to buy here if you don’t want to be disappointed

Worst chinese food ever, the food is rubbish, not well cooked 😒

Only got a 1 rating as you can't select a zero. They couldn't even do a simple chicken fried rice. Chicken was discoloured and rock hard. Don't waste your hard earned cash, luckily the portion was so small, hopefully the after effects will be minimal.

We ordered for the first time and we really loved the food. Everything tasted great, wasn't greasy and was just the right amount.

Very basic not sure about my.meal but the other meal I bought was good. Difficult to know what sauces some of the dishes are served with.

Really good quality, not heavy, never get that ' too much Chinese food feeling', cater for my gluten intolerance really well, I never feel like I'm being awkward when asking, and they can make most of the dishes gluten free. Friendly too. Glad I found them, been going there several years and no reason to look elsewhere. Update 2023: Still as good as it ever was. So tasty and fresh, never greasy. My favourite takeaway bar none.

Tried this place because of its good ratings and reviews and was very pleased. Member of staff that served me was friendly and threw in the must have prawn crackers. Will definitely be going here again - food was great and not greasy.

Best Chinese take away in Bedford.

Ive had the King prawn chow mein a few times recently that have an unusual texture to the prawns. They seem to be mushy. The meal quality is not so good recently.

ive moved to bedford from liverpool for work recently rang this place and the owner was shouting at me because i was trying to find my postcode will not order again not only the owners terrible attitude my crispy chilli beef looks more like cripy chili pigeon and also found numerous hairs in my rice

Food luke warm on delivery and now have food poisoning.

Previous to our last meal I would have given 5 stars the reason I’m giving one star and leaving this review is having read the most recent reviews there seems to be a common problem which is the attitude of the owner. When you have a valid complaint about the chicken wings being almost black over cooked and stringy ( previously fantastic) and are met with the defence of we can’t change the oil every time and it’s not realistic to expect that even KFC don’t do it !! Rather than an apology and good customer service to keep your custom I decided to leave this feedback in the hope that this 5 star hygiene certified takeaway which is commendable recognises arguing with the customer will only send them to where they feel valued, your competitor.. we will take our business elsewhere. Until I read better reviews..

After 10 years of using this takeaway very disapointed in what was delivered tonight. Nearly £30 for 2 rice was tasteless chicken balls soaked in what looked and tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. My partner found 2 hairs in his meal! We contacted the as we have discovered 'new management' not a great response when we tried to simply give feedback on such poor quality of food. Geninuely gutted as this was a very good chinese.

Have been useing golden dragon fir a while with no pry but tonight they decided not to give me my prawn crackers that I was charged for and I did ask for so when I rung back got told drivers too busy to bring them will get next time for free NOT GOOD ENOUGH will not be ringing again and will start looking for new Chinese to use food in its self was good thou but would have liked everything was charged for

Nice chinese but when you ask for a special curry u expect a mix of meat and prawns and not just chicken

Cheff this was anazing as always there is no other that can match your Food its fresh its realy chinese food at its best i was on tv last week on that knew programe restreaunt rescue with alex polizzi who is the daughter of rocco forte and trust me this place is the best for 60 miles radius

The food is always good quality and has been for many years. It's probably the best Chinese takeaway in Bedford... Highly recommended
