New Capana Indian Street Food in Cheshire East

very driver who could not find our location despite having our full address, postcode directions from me including a prominent nearby landmark. I tried to call the takeaway several times but my call went immediately to voicemail. I used the Just Eat web help to resolve the issue. Eventually, I was contacted by the manager who was very apologetic and informed me that there had been a mix up with orders and that our meal had gone to the wrong address. He informed me that he would personally deliver a replacement order in 7 minutes and offered a 15% discount on our next order. The meal was delivered within the 7 minutes but was now over an hour late. The meal was disgusting and was clearly the initial order. It was very dry, cold and greasy. Papadums were dripping in oil and the nan bread very dry. We immediately complained and requested that the meal was collected with a full refund. The meal was not collected and went straight into the bin. We use Just Eat regularly and have never experienced such poor quality food and customer service. Please avoid this takeaway restaurant,

Visited this restaurant for the first time excellent service with friendly atmosphere. Food was authentic, well presented and full of flavour. Portion sizes were plentiful would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service and foods are brilliant, went with my family. All of us enjoyed and wanted to go again and again their variety of South Indian food. Best restaurant with quality food in the area.

Guys try this place , it’s super Indian food , choices of street food Yammiiiii. Bhel, samosa chat and dosa is also available, must try once.
