This was my first time to try out this excellent chippy slap bang in the middle of Holyhead town centre. The staff member that served me was friendly and I didn't have to wait that long for my fish and chips. The food was superb. The fish was cooked perfectly with light batter and lovely flaky meat. The chips were also brilliant and very tasty. I was very impressed with the food and would have no hesitation to come back for another meal.

Owner took order for drinks and food. Drinks came quickly however we waited over 40 mins for 3 panini sandwiches and a slice of cake. People were served food before us that ordered after us. We even carried our food to the table when we chased it up. Food was edible but not enjoyable Even had to wait 15 mins before we could pay. No apology from the owner, only a thank you for being patient while waiting to pay. Owner was on her own, if we had been informed of this and menu shortened, wouldn’t have such issues and very surprised that was trading without any help. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend

Doesn't look much from the car park. Go through the arch to the beer garden, it's like the wardrobe to Narnia. Open fronted glamping pod, table in a boat, an unbelievable Hobbit house, fully furnished, with books in a bookcase. Go down the steps to the garden terrace overlooking the bay. Comfy and sheltered seating, with stunning views. Is dog friendly too. The beer is no worse a price than tourist places. And is a decent pint. Ignore the naysayers. It's a very pleasant place for relaxing with a drink. We will be returning.
