The best restaurants serving British food in Penyffordd Flintshire North Wales

Shambolic experience recently when we went for lunch. They had a funeral wake going on with loads of people. Car park was full, with total chaos as cars were trying to enter/ leave and then find somewhere to park. Service inside was appallingly slow and not helped by very unpleasant lady at the counter. Apparently some people who had booked just went away due to the situation. Its was a great pity as this is usually a very good place to eat.

Xmas meal with family on Saturday evening, food & service both excellent. Really good price for 3 course Xmas menu. Vegetarian options were well catered for. Would definitely recommend.
