Fish chips supper n fishcakes very good

We live 90 miles away so when we visit Doncaster we always come to Whitby’s. We both had regular cod and chips, service was quick and friendly. Food was piping hot and tasty as always. Shame it will be months before we can visit again. Best fish and chips in the country.

Lumpy mattress quite possibly the worst nights sleep ever ! No air con meant the room was either boiling or freezing . Bed side lights didn’t work either . Very dated hotel in desperate need of upgrading . That said staff were lovely but trying to make the most out of a of pretty poor proposition! Only stayed as couldn’t get in anywhere else ! Bar prices ridiculous at £6 a pint fora lukewarm lager !
