The best restaurants serving British food in Hucclecote Gloucester South West

Very loud tables of youths, spilling into walkways causing members of staff to constantly bump into me to try to clear the tables. Unable to hear any conversation from my wife due to the excited whooping, swearing and loud chatter from the next table. Left after one drink, didn't even consider ordering food, never to return unless the management gets to grips with this behaviour. Very disappointed.

The food and service was good However the seats were filthy dirty. The wine glasses on the table required Washing as they were covered in finger prints.

We have arrived for our second visit in a month and the food and service was excellent both times! Great atmosphere and very friendly accommodating staff

The last time I visited this restaurant I swore it would be the last, even a £25 voucher as compensation wasn't enough to get me to relive the awful experience that we had. It remains unspent, somewhere. Today we visited the new refurbished restaurant and it couldn't be more different. We were greeted by a friendly face and allowed to choose a table. I was advised that there would be a 45 minute wait for our food. It arrived after 20 minutes. The quality of the food was first class, the price is very good and the atmosphere clean and well ordered. We will definitely visit again.
