The best restaurants serving British food in South East

Lovely service, real English atmosphere and realy good breakfast. We were to late for dinner when we came, but they fixed up something anyway and it was realy good.

It always a pleasure to visit this very friendly tea room and enjoy some of the wonderful cakes, as well as the well cooked breakfasts and lunches that are on offer. Ben’s lemon drizzle and poppy seed cake that I enjoyed yesterday was food for the gods. I know of no other such business that when they make a hot chocolate that you get a cup of it, and alongside it a jug of the same; both for a very reasonable price. Brilliant customer service and I can’t wait to go back for another visit. The venue can also be hired for private functions and I often notice as I drive past in the evenings that such events are taking place. Dennis Usher

My wife and I recently had a function at All Saints Chapel and if we could give it more stars...we would. Ever since our first meeting with Dariana she has gone above and beyond to make our function the most special time possible, and it truly was. The chapel was the only venue we saw and instantly fell in love with it - if you're looking for the wow factor....this place has it in spades!! We were meant to have our function in May 2020 but due to covid this was put on hold - however Dariana was just amazing - she kept everything on hold without charging extra like so many other venues we read about had done with other functions - nothing is too much trouble for this lady, she is simply first class. We had the most exceptional afternoon tea, the building looked stunning and it was the most perfect day in every way possible. Would highly recommend this wonderful place for your function. Well, this came up on trip advisor and we just had to investigate. The Cafe is inside the main entrance of the assisted living building. It's very clean, well laid out and nicely presented. The prices are competive and the food was freshly prepared. If you are in the area and fancy a tea and a sandwich then this is definitely worth seeking out.

Decided to make a quick stop to grab some breakfast. Ordered breakfast baps and was delighted by the quality. Great stop for food made to perfection

Love this little cafe, really lovely sandwiches and cakes and the prices are decent too! Perfect place to come have a sit down and a cup of tea after shopping.

Ordered fish and chips this evening. Fish was well cooked and very tasty! Chip portion was large, the chips were piping hot, fresh and delicious. Will order again soon!

Today I visited the southsea positive eats on Palmerston Road. From first entering to leaving the whole experience was brilliant. So fresh & clean in there and the girls working were so friendly and gave me advice in what to order etc. I had a boost juice & a build your own bowl which was so worth the price. All fresh ingredients and so much flavour. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great fish and chips. Generous portions and friendly staff. Nice to find a chip pie with inside seating. We’ll definitely be back.

A great find.....open 6am to 2pm ......nice and bright clean and airey. Good choice of food and beverages at reasonable prices. Staff friendly and cheerful with plenty of tables or comfortable seating I would not hesitate to recommend and revisit.

What a lovely bar in the heart of Windsor. It's upstairs through a small blue door beside the bus stop. There is a lovely welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. They also have live music some nights, and you're greeted by a friendly bouncer and red carpet as you enter. Great for a night out with friends or family. Would highly recommend.

Eaten here a few times, food is always nice and clearly made with love. Plenty to choose from! Always cooked fresh! Staff are lovely too!

What can I say very nice Breakfast Eggs on toast very nice and had a coffee too which was reasonably priced and done by a talented Chef. I went to take Photo's of the Farm and the Animals and birds. When you book make sure you ask for a Tramper it is better than walking and you get to see more as well. The Trampers are free to use and a great way to get around. You can take your dogs for walks as well so dog friendly
