The best restaurants serving British food in Greater Marlow Wycombe South East

Arrived to be told although booked, you will have to be seated upstairs unless you want to go in the bar area. Not entirely practical with 3 young children in the party. So took the bar area which was extremely cold. Service was not the quickest. No staff to be found. Eventually ordered and food came reasonably quick. Most ok although steak and gammon on the mixed grill was cold. Went to order desserts. Again looking for staff to serve us. Not sure we would rush back.

We went The Black Smiths Arms in Marlow Our Server was Hilary was absolutely fantastic Nothing was too much trouble Food was amazing but too much Well priced Well done to all the staff working on 23-10-24

The reception by the staff was welcoming. We enjoyed the quiz and the food was delicious and thank you to wonderful service and friendly smile from Lucy. We will return.
