Very nice pub, very nice staff, and very nice drinks, not too expensive either and it was a very nice sunny day as well which added to it

I enjoyed the perfect pub lunch of Cod and chips inside the perfect old pub, for this time of year. The chips were hot, crispy and fluffy inside. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to returning.

Pleasantly surprised, good food reasonably priced, generous portions, staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go back for a full meal next time, as we only wanted a sandwich this time

Visité Queens Head para ver a la banda The High Wasters - decidí llegar allí un poco más temprano para comer. Estaba bastante ocupado, nos sentamos afuera. Ambos tuvimos el Fish & Chips, que fue increíble! Encantadora masa crujiente y ligera y nada grasosa. Salsa tártara de primera clase. El servicio fue oportuno, atento y cortés. La banda fue brillante, a pesar de la cálida noche - un gran tiempo fue tenido por todos!

Good selection of local pints. Glasses so good you can take them home with you! The food is cheap enough to feed my hungry children.

Absolutely disgusting, as soon as we walked in we should have turned around and walked out because almost every table was disgusting. We had to clear our own table before sitting down. I used the QR code to order as there was nobody by the till, I ordered my food using the QR code and then had to go and select my own drinks which one of them was out of stock! I ordered my food at 13:22 and had been sat there for almost an hour; when I made a fuss; I was told that they had no facility to take orders through the QR code and made me write down my order on paper. Food arrived at 14:10, the order was incorrect! I have been here a couple of times now and have not had the best experience but I can promise that I was never eat in this cafe ever again, terrible service, terrible food, terrible process of ordering and getting your food; easier just to go to a normal cafe where they know what they are doing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
