The best restaurants serving British food in Lindfield Mid Sussex South East

Great service and the food is amazing. My daughter and I had the dumplings to share which were so so good. I had the slow cooked lamb massaman curry and my daughter had the duck. Both delicious. Made to feel very welcome. Ambiance good and acoustics also good. Will definitely visit again.

Expensive so so portions quality not up to prices.. Didnt rate the starter or fish dish. Used to be better a few years ago Had better better food elsewhere sometimes at standard pub prices or similar prices. Not terrible I guess but not worth the price seems overrated. Had much better food in Brighton and London even Sussex

Excellent food, friendly service, beautiful characterful surroundings and very reasonable prices. Have eaten here three times including lunch and dinner. All excellent. I really can’t fault this place.
