The best restaurants serving British food in Chanctonbury Horsham South East

What a lovely place food was the best I have ever had thank you to ash the waitress/barmaid was very sweet attentive and funny lovely atmosphere open fire cosy spotless can’t wait to go back Debbie xjulian

Great meal for my daughter’s birthday. Fabulous food and the service from Thomas and Nicky was excellent. Both attentive without being intrusive

It was a cold day and we visited for a cup of coffee and to see the recently opened pub. The lovely open fire was unlit and there was no atmosphere. For an old pub the decor was not suited to this lovely village pub. Another couple came in and asked for mulled wine, however the pub had none! So December, no fire lit, no mulled wine and staff that were not very engaging. We looked at the food menu and we felt over priced. I’m not surprised it’s closed. Hopefully it will re-open soon with someone with a better strategy.
