The best restaurants serving British food in Bursledon and Old Netley Eastleigh South East

Omg. Taken here for mothers day. First visit wanted to go for ages. Karen was our server very pleasant and explained the menu.Best steak I've ever eaten. Travelled from Portsmouth worth it though.Will definitely return for special occasion.

Fabulous location, wonderful atmosphere, excellent food, excellent service. Our server Shannon was professional and attentive and went beyond to make our party of three a special dinner occasion, thankyou. All of the staff we met made us feel special. A rare customer service that is not commonplace.

The most appalling service. An hour and a half until lunchtime meal was served.much of the menu was not available. Didn't bother ordering another drink or dessert...just 2 guys trying to do it all with probably 30 guests. Shocking. GET SOME STAFF. Waste of a lovely venue. Never again until service improves vastly.

A pub we used a lot fifty years ago so really looking forward to visiting again. Pluses.Still lovely location,staff pleasant Service speedy.Dog welcome Minuses.sunday roast very tired with overcooked veg, dreadful beef and generic gravy Steak pie dry and seemed elderly with half a spoonful of red cabbage. Overpriced. Ambience ruined by being put in families room with noisy children. Sadly we won't return to eat.
