The best restaurants serving British food in Bury Chichester South East

Chef Ravi rose magnificently to the curry challenge! I managed to down about half my venison and prawn curries, served with rice and condiments, but luckily my companion finished his grilled skewer and demolished the rest. Terrific to have authentic Indian food available in Graffham (on special request). Bravo to the the White Horse for extending its excellent range.

Stayed for two nights and had a great time. Rooms were warm, comfortable, clean and cozy. Lovely selection of teas in the room. Would definitely stay again. Pub was homely and food was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfast. WiFi was also very good.

Buried in the Sussex countryside, our family members drove across country to meet at the White Horse Inn. Despite some of our party being delayed, we had no problems and the staff were friendly. The set lunch menu was very good value for money. Only one meat dish, one fish and a vegetarian choice for the mains. However the Asian pork belly starter was amazing and I would drive all the way there again for another portion. I also had Skate wing which was delicious. The rest of the family chose a la carte and had venison, Thai curry and a wonderful British battered cod, which was very much enjoyed. We had a lovely afternoon, great food, good service, reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere. Please use a satnav to get there or you might arrive at the wrong White Horse Pub!!!
