The best restaurants serving British food in Grappenhall and Thelwall Warrington North West

We had a date night and omg food was amazing. Service great. We are from London and coming back to Warrington and this has been the best restaurant so far.

Really disappointing evening, we visited as a party of 6 for a 70th birthday meal and the whole experience was quite poor. The refurb is lovely and it's a nice cosy pub, but the service is so slow and the food just dreadful. A mixture of undercooked, over cooked and overall poor quality. It's a shame as this is our local pub, but will definitely not be visiting again for food.

Our favourite local pub. Dog friendly, great food especially gluten free options for coeliac. Had the Christmas menu which was amazing. Great service by the friendly staff no complaints will be returning!
