The best restaurants serving British food in St Michael's Liverpool North West

This cafe isn't as good as it used to be since the French chef who managed it left and I'm not sure this cafe is even open anymore when it is in a Buddhist centre and relies on someone reliable who lives there to manage it. However it is in a lovely and peaceful venue and there are toilets nearby to use if needed.

Nice bar/restaurant. Friendly staff and tasty food. Reasonably priced for Lark Lane.

Lovely food and great vibes at Polidor - and they're dog friendly! Must try the cauliflower from the small plates, very tasty and different in taste, and the chunky chips with the burger were plenty to fill you up for good. Love their pastries too, in the morning you can enjoy croissants among other sweet treats. Service a bit slow, but I guess it takes time to make food from scratch.

Always good for that last minute Sunday Dinner. You know it makes sense.
