The best restaurants serving British food in Alsager Cheshire East North West

Visited the Mere Inn the weekend before Christmas, customer service was second to none, shout out to Charlie and the team for making my dads night on his 70th birthday!

Impulse stop, only intended to get a coffee but had breakfast. Lovely food and excellent service. Two lattes, one tea, Casters breakfast and Casters double one which was huge, inc toast was £42.Would return if in the area again. Small blondie sample given with the coffee was absolutely delicious, wish they sold them to take home.

Went for lunch Wednesday and had chips and chicken and mushroom the chicken was very thin cut and very little of it this is the second time .I have had the gammon and egg with chips this is also not as good and this has gone like this since new manager has taken over you have lost a good customer .

Visited again recently to try the pizzas, which were super! BOD is an ideal location, with quality drink, great food, and fab events (the quiz!). A true Alsager favourite amongst my friends (especially Jakob)
