The best restaurants serving British food in Washington Central Sunderland North East

Amazing service from Caity and so intelligent about the local area around the oasis Washington. Made me feel so welcoming and wanted to stay longer. Staff like this I can see why it’s always busy. This young lady should definitely be promoted to manager in the future. What an acceptance and I’ve told many friends about this establishment. Way better than being served at other big name chains.

Just popped in for a Sunday lunch and received it very quick, Yorkshire pudding was very hard and a bit burnt , the parsnip was so hard I couldn’t even put the knife in to cut it and the meat was thinly sliced which was quite bland. The beer was go though.

Me and friend David went for Sunday roast dinner and pint John Smith smooth pint service excellent job 🍻🍴👍

Lovely food and even better service from Laura!! Really friendly and she remembers us everytime we come to the restaurant. Ben was also really great. Thanks
