This quirky coffee shop, themed on Batman's adversary the Penguin, serves great coffee with friendly smile. The coffee is wonderfully rounded without being bitter. The usual range of milk substitutes are on offer if milk is not your thing. Socially distanced seating inside and out with a great menu if toasted sourdough offerings available. A high quality alternative to the restaurant offerings from the Premier Inn just across the road.

Shame, I was so disappointed in R&R. We mentioned it was a friends 40th and we may as well not have. We didn't expect any freebies but an acknowledgement/bit of fuss would have been nice. Lovely cocktails but the food is overpriced for what was served. The tiger prawn curry was literally a bowl of unseasoned curry sauce with about 4 average size prawns in. The service was non existent and we we're not asked about how our food was at all. All in all, overpriced, dated & lacking customer service. Their website gives a totally different vibe that we just didn't get.

Amazing Roast - Crackling was too hard for me, but otherwise every bit of the pork Roast was delicious Staff were amazing, able to book, moved my booking slightly later due to running late. Staff were really helpful, fast and nice, really made our experience 10/10 Beers on tap - brilliant choices including Deya

2nd visit to the Brownlow Arms for dinner, a wonderful meal again, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was excellent and the food was piping hot. If you are visiting in the Richmond area don't miss this wonderful pub it's a jewel .
