The best restaurants serving British food in Biggin Hill Bromley London

This was our second stay at The Landing. Such a lovely experience. Rooms are spacious, well equipped (as you’d expect as international flight and cabin crew use the hotel). As the hotel was busy we were assigned a special assistance room. This was perfect and slept so well (we actually book the hotel to just get a decent sleep!) Food and booze at the hotel was great and of course the views of the runway is a treat. Will book again for treat night again. Great team of people and always an enjoyable experience because of the team.

Oh my goodness, what has happened to this fish bar?? Used to go there every Friday before I moved away from Biggin Hill, but what a shock I had last Friday getting fish & chips for my elderly mother. Slow service with miserable faces, very dirty uniforms being worn by the staff, hair not tied back fully on one of the girls serving. Also, a very young boy helping behind the counter, which surely must be a Health & Safety concern with all the boiling fat!!! Safe to say, I won't be returning to Salisbury's Fish Bar, Main Road, Biggin Hill again :0(

Just had a medium Cod which was cooked to perfection and skin removed which I don't mind either way. They do what looks like a very nice pie & mash Wed thru Sat and must go back to give this a try. Great staff and a great experience as always.

Came here to get some pie and mash for tea. When I got home that nite and wanted to cook it the liquor was a funny colour and smelt funny. It had gone off. So never gettinng from you again
