The best restaurants serving British food in Barton South Cambridgeshire East of England

We have just had the most amazing Mother’s Day lunch! Absolutely gorgeous food and one of the best pub roasts we have ever had, felt like a proper home roast and the cauliflower cheese was heavenly! Service was lovely, very friendly and you could tell they wanted everyone to have a good time. Highly recommend 😊

Our over night stay The White Horse in Barton Cambridgeshire. After phoning in the late afternoon, the owner booked us a room in the pub, he said as it was last minute the room was not warm yet, but he said it be ready when we would arrive, and it was. We had a very warm welcome enjoyed a glass of wine and a couple of pints of Timothy Taylor bitter, wonderful quality. Jeremy the owner made as feel at ease. We had been here before about a year ago and thoroughly enjoyed the pub.

Brilliantrood and food very friendly and helpful. Kid friendly would definitely visit again. Also went to a great fireworks display there. 10/10
