The best restaurants serving British food in South Weald Brentwood East of England

Have been here before with no problems, but today I was with a party of 7, for a Birthday lunch ,I had the fish and chips but my fish had a lot of bones in it which I wouldn't expect in a piece of cod , this put me off and I left a lot ,I said to our waiter about it and he just said sorry about that , no offer of exchange or reimbursement which I was surprised at . Probably won't go there again .

The service was excellent, the food was nice. It was lovely to sit and chat and catch-up as we enjoyed our food.

Jamie and Vijay were a great help—friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and the service overall was very good.
