Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2024. Great food on both days. The restaurant was well managed by the waiting team, and the lounge areas were very inviting. Log fires and tasteful Christmas decorations. Excellent communication from friendly staff including, David and Annette.

Service was good, food a little bland but served a purpose while working away from home, WiFi was good so could work at the table.

Poor customer service Pushy staff Cold cup of coffee that was supposed to be Americano looked more like cupachino no explanation Food inedible no prawn in the starter just foam when biting into it menu overwhelming difficult to read to choose a meal shame as used to come here a lot but will not chance it again
