One of the best Sunday lunches I have ever had in this area. Excellent service. Excellent food. Lovely ambiance. Absolutely a place to return to.

Casual 6pm Friday night dinner with a beer. Warm friendly welcome by staff. Drinks ordered & arrived promptly. Large Fish & Chips with mush peas was on special for £10. Fresh fish, in lovely beer batter a good size portion, served with chunky chips and both perfectly cooked. Nice meal will return.

SADLY CLOSED PERMANENTLY. SUCH A LOSS TO US ALL. 😭 A wonderfully warm and friendly welcome here.. the food is gorgeous and you can even watch the skittles on a screen, if you can't get close enough to see! Hubby tells me the range of beers is great.. I'm just happy to see plenty of fruit ciders in the cold cabinet 😉 Good car park on pub land.. a garden too, though not yet visited due to it being a very cold March! I thoroughly recommend this family friendly, old fashioned pub with the best of old fashioned values. 😁

The Falcon had a warm welcome. Everyone smiling and friendly. There are a lot of food choices on the menu and the food was delicious. We had starters, main courses and desserts for all 4 of us. Good value for money too.

What a lovely place to visit. Great cafe, good coffee and staff. Lovely locally made cakes and a nice setting. The shop and plant area is well laid out and has local products too. First time we’ve visited, but we will be back.
