The best restaurants serving British food in Danvers and Wardoun South Northamptonshire East Midlands

The place is very nice and atmospheric, we had a rest with friends. But the menu, in my opinion, is meager, for people who do not eat meat, there is almost nothing to tempt and, unfortunately, there were no non-alcoholic cocktails, from the juices there was only orange, it was a little disappointing. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The desserts were very sweet, I have a sweet tooth, but it was very sweet for me too The place is very beautiful and atmospheric, rested with friends. Lovely spot but food not very good. I think all this place needs is a chef . The menu is good, but the actual food is not very nice

What a fantastic find, lovely location for a lovely traditional pub. We stayed one night and nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff, the food was excellent and the rooms equally so, we just need to find an excuse to go back for another visit!

Went there for a quite drink, decided to have a meal. Excellent food, plenty of it too. Highly recommend this lovely village pub. Friendly, lovely atmosphere.
