The service and ambience are delightful. The food was truly mouthwatering. And the pistachio white chocolate was out of this world!

Won a voucher and went for lunch. From walking in the staff were smiling and very pleasant. We were shown a table and ordered drinks. We ordered the Lamb and mint pie and the steak and ale pie with mash and veg with gravy. Both hubby and I were very impressed, best pies we have had in a very long time, so much so that we asked to take some pies home with us which they sold us 4. We would definitely visit again in the very near-future. Well done to the staff and chef 10/10 from us

We have been coming here for over 30 years on our way on holidays from Norfolk. We heard it is closing at the end of the year so we came in for one last breakfast. As usual, the staff were polite and friendly, the service was quick and the food hot and delicious. Excellent value -a good plate full for £7.50. I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews on here; I have NEVER had a bad experience. It’s closure is very sad and the end of an era.
